He struggles with flexible arches so he has no arch when he steps and the orthopedic doctor told us about these. Worth every penny ($50). The girl working was even able to give me more information that I didn't know before about these insoles. I couldn't leave the store without buying a few other items. I came here on a non-game day and picked up my item. It was pretty easy. And there is a parking lot right outside where the team store is. However, I feel like either City Hall or the city government is right here so a lot of cars are here all the time from what it seems like and a lot of them have permitted parking however, I was still able to find a great spot. With it being a random day they're still a handful of customers walking around the Lots of great ducks gear here. The team members are all really nice and accommodating. They were able to help me out at the register and was able to get me my item. Overall was really quick and fast, but it was also really fun to walk around the store to see some of the fun items that they have. Anything from jerseys to plush , to lots of anything you could imagine. This is a must visit if you're ever here at the Honda center

I walked into Pure Hockey as a first-time hockey mom knowing absolutely nothing about gear. I…read moremean... nothing. Pads, sticks, sizing, what's required, pricing, what's optional, I was overwhelmed before I even walked in. At this point I've been here a few times and I'm quickly becoming a regular. My very first visit was with Ethan, and I hoped I'd run into him again. I was so relieved when I did. He walked my son and I through the entire store, helped size my kiddo properly, explained what everything was for, and answered all of my many mom questions without ever making me feel silly for asking. We were actually the last ones in the store right before closing, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. As a mom trying to make sure her kid has what he needs (without buying the wrong thing), that meant so much. I felt supported and accommodated during what can honestly be a stressful process. I hate seeing negative reviews. Yes, the staff is young, but they are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They take their time with you. They don't rush through fittings just to move on to the next person. So, if there's a bit of a wait, it's probably because they're giving another family the same care they gave mine, and I truly don't mind that at all. The staff here is wonderful. But Ethan is our favorite. We always hope he's there when we come in.

It was a very easy, fun and fast process. The store has so many choices in gear and apparel. This is an awesome specialty store for hockey and has some street hockey inline rollerblade skating stuff too. If you're a hockey player, this is the mecca mega super store.
