Completely unresponsive. I bought a jersey that took one month to get customized and got not one, not two, but three different notifications saying that the jersey was ready for pickup only to immediately get another email saying it was about to arrive to get customized. MIND YOU THE JERSEY WAS MARKED AS IN STOCK AND READY FOR PICKUP IN TWO DAYS. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone. Any email gets a generic AI response only for an actual representative to respond with the SAME generic and derivative answer that says NOTHING. Their phones don't even send you to voicemail, it just sends you to a message basically saying "we're sorry but we ain't picking up, please email us" thus creating a vicious circle of nothingness. Bunch of thieves and charlatans. DO NOT BUY from this place, the ABSOLUTE WORST. read more

I ordered a jersey from them before the world cup. The website said it would arrive on time, but instead it arrived 2.5 weeks after it was supposed to. I asked to return the jersey since I was not able to wear the jersey while at the stadium and they said that I could not return it. They were unprofessional throughout the entire transaction: there were no updates on delivery, I had to reach out to find out if the jersey was coming. I would recommend never doing business with this company. I rarely write reviews like this, but I would like to warn others to be careful not to do business with these people. read more

I don't really like to leave bad reviews but this one is justified I believe. I came to this store to buy a jersey and they didn't have any in my size on the racks but they did have one in my size on the mannequin. I asked the store clerk if I could buy it and he said no and he told me he would ask the owner and the owner said no as well and only the ones on the racks are for sale. How does that make sense? They could have easily sold me that jersey and put a different on the mannequin but I guess that would take too much work. Ridiculous!! read more

I was physically inside the GardenWalk store and saw the jersey I wanted hanging on the rack. Rather than wait in the massive line before Mexico's third World Cup match, I sat down at the Mexican restaurant in GardenWalk and placed the order online for the exact jersey with customization. The item showed as available, and my order was accepted. Three weeks later, I received an email saying the only thing holding up my order was the customized nameplate. I was even given the option to have the jersey shipped blank instead. Since I specifically wanted the customized jersey, I chose to wait. Then, about a week and a half later, I received another email saying my order had simply been canceled. No real explanation. No accountability. Just a generic apology and a 15% off coupon for my next purchase. So which is it? Did you sell me inventory you never actually had? Or did you sell inventory that had already been promised to a paying customer? Either way, that's not how a reputable retailer should operate. What makes this even more frustrating is that I wasn't some random customer who made a single purchase. While waiting for this order to arrive, I spent another $700 in the GardenWalk store. I supported the business, only to be treated like my order--and my loyalty--didn't matter. The worst part isn't even the cancellation. It's the complete lack of communication and the repeated feeling of being brushed off. At no point did anyone proactively try to make it right. A 15% coupon doesn't fix weeks of waiting, disappointment, and wasted time. Being one of the only major soccer retailers in the area shouldn't mean customer service becomes optional. What started as excitement turned into frustration, then disappointment, and ultimately feeling completely disrespected as a customer. If you're ordering something important--especially a customized item--I would think twice. Based on my experience, "in stock" doesn't necessarily mean they actually have it, and an accepted order apparently doesn't mean they'll honor it. read more

I purchased the Men's Spain Away Stadium Jersey from this store, and it has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. From the moment I placed my order, the communication was terrible. I received little to no updates, and my order was delayed without any clear explanation. The situation became so frustrating that it even caused problems with my bank because I had to dispute the charge due to the lack of information and customer support. Eventually, the product was delivered, but after everything I went through, I decided I no longer wanted to keep it. I have been trying to contact the company to return the product, but they completely ignore my messages. Even worse, they blocked me instead of helping me resolve the issue.
