Had such a great experience here, it's always fun looking at all the new merchandise! My aunt and cousins liked a couple of things, so we went to the registers to check out. Steffany was our cashier and she was fantastic! She noticed my aunt had a Baymax item and told us that there was a really good discount on the Baymax Cuddleez plush. They were all towards the middle back of the store so if she didn't tell us we would have completely missed it! I'm so grateful for her mentioning it because she could have just rung us up and we would have been on our way. She took that extra step with us and I'm glad she did. Now my aunt has a great and cuddly souvenir! I will happily come back one day for the great products and the great service. read more

Elias & Co is the biggest shop on Buena Vista Street right in the front of the Disney California Adventure park at Disneyland. They say it's modeled after fancy olden days Los Angeles department stores which is kind of cool. Even more cool, Elias was Walt Disney's Dad's name so the shop is named after his father. I'd call Elias & Co as a general souvenir gift shop at Disneyland where you'll find a ton of clothes and other fairly standard Disney items. Tons of Mickey ears, bags, even some watches & jewerly. The huge store is divided into four sections: Men's, Women's, Children's and Jewelry. It's been helpful for me in particular when I needed to buy socks and ended up getting some cute Disney footsie covers in a bind. If you have an Annual Pass, they do offer the discount here which is nice. If nothing else, you can escape the heat or weather for a moment walking down Buena Vista Street thru the store from one end to the other and check out what's for sale instead of trotting down the trove with the masses. Because this is at the front of the park, it can get incredibly busy though! Only for that reason is it probably my least favorite shop at California Adventure. They have a helpful and friendly staff working though, as always is the Disney way! read more

Elias & Co is one of the primary stores in Disney's California Adventure located along Buena Vista Street. The store is themed from the 1920s Los Angeles shopping emporium. The Art Deco architecture has polished wood accents and the brass details. Inside Elias & Co though is a grand multi room shopping experience! The store is divided into themed sections each with its own unique atmosphere and merchandise. You can find everything from apparel, accessories, plush toys, collectibles, and seasonal Disney exclusives. The elegant light fixtures and vintage inspired décor makes you feel completely immersed into a shopping destination from the 1920s! While I was visiting Disneyland for the Halloween Half Marathon, I ended up stopping by this store to take a look at all of the seasonal merchandise! This store does accept Magic Key Holder discounts, Disney Vacation Club discounts, and Disney Visa Cardmember perks! If you didn't want to wait in line to check out, you can use the mobile checkout as an alternative! I did end up buying a few fall ornaments from Elias & Co! Service: Disney cast members consistently and enthusiastically provide a great customer experience almost every time. The times that I have been here I have asked to find different sizes of clothing, picking up items ordered elsewhere, and checking out via mobile checkout. Selection: The merchandise is constantly updating and rotating. I have always found a new items when I come here (I.e. It is June and I already bought a Fall/Halloween shirt selection). Clothing is your main item to buy here but there is a selection of toys, stuffed characters, magic bands, ears, nick-knacks, etc. to fulfill your Disney desires. Value: Price-wise is Disney Pricing. You aren't going to get the must-go sale here and that is fine because you are here at a Disney Park and the Outlet store is up Interstate 5 at the Citadel Outlet area for those. read more

Elias & Co. in California Adventure is where you can find almost everything disney. There is a total of 5 stores in one. Started at one end and you have your bougie upscale boutique and then keep walking and you will go through the other four stores. Employees were very helpful. I had an exchange and they told me that I can put my things on hold. I was unsure what they meant by putting my things on hold and then they explained it to me. I can leave my bag in the store, check it in at the end of my day. I would come back to the store give them my ticket And retrieve my purchased items. This is so much better than leaving your purchased items on your cart or in your backpack. They had all the new Tinker Bell merchandise available and of course I had to get the jersey to come home with me. Finding a sale inside of California adventure or Disneyland Park is kind of a challenge, but they have few and far apart sales. If you're lucky you're here the day they have one. Price on the jersey was the same as any other jersey at ran me about $80. read more

Elias & Co. on Buena Vista Street is the classic theme park gift shop you pass by when entering or exiting the park, but I actually enjoy spending a little time browsing here. There's a surprisingly good variety of merchandise, and it never feels stale because the selection seems to change constantly. Every visit I notice new items that make me stop and look, even if I swear I am not buying anything this time. It's easy to pop in for a quick lap and see what's new without feeling overwhelmed. As far as theme park shops go, this one feels thoughtfully stocked and always worth a quick browse. read more

Great Disney store within the park with some items you can't get at World of Disney. The staff at this location were also friendlier than some we encountered in the downtown Disney district. The pricing has gone up a lot since I last came (about 5-6 years ago) which is a shame as we didn't buy anything when usually everyone picks one item. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for exclusive merch but be prepared to spend. read more

This was my last stop in this section of the park before heading out for the night and over to the other side. This is also the place where I finished up purchasing souvenirs...mostly for myself. This store is a maze and you can easily get lost, especially if you add in the amount of customers coming and going so much. Everything that you see throughout the parks you can mostly find in here as well. What you will find in here for sure is the typical Disney items that you want. T-shirts, sweatshirts, ears, hats, toys, etc. Hopefully you will not have to go elsewhere and if you were like me and waited until it was time to go, this might be the spot for you. Customer service here was over the top, and they went out of the way to make me feel seen and heard. It was pleasant and I was happy when I left here. read more

I really admire the interior of this store because it is clearly inspired by classic old luxury department stores. My grandparents shopped at department stores and it was a regal event. This store reminded me of being inside Bullocks Wilshire decades ago when it was open. There's a great variety of products here and it connects to other shops inside DCA. All the stores on Buena Vista St. were pretty and well laid out. We found t-shirts and sweat shirts fairly easily and quickly, and the lines to check out were short. Lots of cute stuff, and prices, although high, were not as outrageous as I've seen them, so that's good. The Bloomies of Disney California! All of the little shops are connected, so you can go directly from one to another. My faves are Big Top Toys which is pretty self explanatory to the other big entrance closer to the fountain. The fashion items such as pretty dresses & tops are in the "blue room" as is the men's items. Ezekiel, jewelry & Disney custom Harveys bags! It's a great stop off when you're leaving! Unlike Big Top Toys next door, Elias & Co. has items for both adults and children alike. Full of glitz and glamour, Elias & Co. is a really bright and beautiful store. With vaulted ceilings and highly polished floors, this store has a fun, retro vibe. They also seem to stock such cute, higher end styles. We really like looking at this store's truly unique items. The store has plenty of cute Disney themed clothing (like t-shirts, hoodies tip flops, pajamas with the Mickey, Minnie, or other Disney character on them), fun accessories (hats, scarfs, handbags), and beautiful jewelry. This store also has traditional souvenirs, Mickey Mouse ears, and cool toys. The coolest items here have got to be the Dooney and Bourke bag with the Disney theme or that cute shirt with the sequins. If the Disney Emporium is the big department store in Disneyland, then Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure would be its equivalent (even if it's a tad bit on the small side). Just about every type of apparel and memorabilia can be found in this high-end looking storefront, complete with men's, women's, and children's sections. We came here this past Saturday on a mission - we were looking for the BB-8 themed Mickey ears, and heard that one of the best places to look was at Elias & Co. (especially as they were sold out at World of Disney and The Mad Hatter); sure enough, they had three left! At $21.99 pre-passholder discount, and with no monogramming due to the material used in the hat, these may not seem like a bargain, but let's face it - anything BB-8 related is cool, and the number of people who stopped us to ask about where we got our ears was astounding. Hopefully they weren't too disappointed, because when we went back the following day to see if there were any left, the shelves were stocked with Resistance baseball caps instead. Worth checking out in DCA due to it not being as crowded as other stores at the park - I might stop by there again to check out the Star Wars-themed crafted bracelets. read more

After searching several shops on the Disneyland side for the iconic blue cap with gold embroidered "D", we finally spotted the cap on a couple of shelves in Elias and Company, on California Adventure side. We had searched seven different stores including the Mad Hatter and cold only find a white version with blue "D" embroidered. A kind gentleman explained this cap was the Donald hat since it is composed of Donald's iconic blue and gold. Here's to happy caps. read more

Only giving one star because I wasn't able to give none. This isn't directed at Elias and Company but more towards Disney Merchandise Guest Services. We purchased a sweatshirt here. When we got home and cleaned it for the first time. The decal melted and stuck together then obviously ripped. There was no saving it. We followed Launder care instructions. So we tried to receive an exchange. First call was the worst customer I have ever dealt with. She was rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. Next 3 times, after letting them know that I had a previous call and prefer to speak to a supervisor I was again hung up on. 3 Times!! So okay, I tried the online chat option, thinking I would get somewhere. Nope nothing! I was told call again until I don't get hung up on or go back to Disneyland! I wouldn't appreciate or accept this kind of disregard from a Dollar Tree purchase. Being Disneyland disappoints me so much. Has anyone had an experience like this and any suggestions? I have such a sour feeling about Disneyland now. It's not even the magical experience in the park anymore. So much attitude and lack of awareness for the customers experience, it's not worth the money anymore! read more

At the Front Gate Entrance there is a entrance but the signage above those are Five & Dime. as you walk thru and under the bridge into the Buean Vista Circle the main Store Sign is on the right and with its appropriate name. This store is like the emporium at Disneyland but instead it's in Disney California Adventure and spans from the entrance to beginning of Hollywood Blvd. Besides being your #1 shopping destination in the park, it's also a great place to cool off and avoid the sun while trying to get to Hollywood Blvd. they have everything form toys, clothing, and even high end products like Kate Spade and Dooney and Burke. Just in summer of 2017, I noticed a new Kate Spade leather Minnie backpack. It's so cute and has a magnetic closure. I saw a couple of girls already sporting the adorable backpack. They have all the Minnie ears and hats here well. They do embroidery as well near the DCA entrance section of the store. However, if you're looking for the rose gold Minnie ears, you're out of luck. A cast member told me they're all sold out in DCA and Disneyland but possibly will get more at the end of the month. It's a popular item everyone's looking for, including me. My hubby and I go to Disney often because we are dream key holders. A few weeks ago my friend told me that Elias & Co got a few Disneyland gold necklaces in so we went after she told me she got hers . The ladies that work at this specific spot are always rude and unwelcoming . If you hate your job quit don't push off your bad energy to Disneylands customers. Employee Cynthia R told me dead to my face we haven't seen those necklaces in months . She's a liar !!!!! I had to go find a manager he a a older gentleman to inquire about these non existent necklaces. I show him the pictures of the necklaces and my friends receipt that she's just got it and he was so nice enough to go and search for it for me. He comes back with a box full of these necklaces. I was so dumbfounded at the moment, I was mad !! Cynthia clearly is gatekeeping these necklaces !! He made her ring me up and she was quite the whole transaction! This store is pretty spacious and offers a lot of stuff from ears, jewelry, pins, stuffed animals, accessories, and clothing. I got my new sequined Minnie ears here and all the headbands cost $24.99 regardless of the color on the tag. Get them now while the prices are lower. I remember my headband being $20 about 3 years ago. Use your annual pass holder discount here! read more

This is a great "department store" for the California Adventure Park and much needed to round out the major store collection for the resort (Disneyland's Emporium and Downtown Disney's World of Disney). Every detail inside is reticent of a time when Walt Disney arrived in California in the 30's. They have all the modern and classic Disney merchandise you could ever want. They're even good for a free '1st Visit' badge for the first timers. Can't wait to come back! read more

Comparable to Disney Emporium at Disneyland Park, Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure offers plethora and assortment of clothing, apparel, accessories, gifts, souvenir and memorabilia and products. This high-end Disney retail houses women's, men's and children's clothing and accessories. Storefront is very bright with open space concept featuring vaulted ceilings and highly manicured floors. They are always fully stocked of whatever you may be looking for and things that cannot be located and purchased elsewhere in Disneyland Parks. Excellent customer service are willing to help and accommodate you in whatever you are looking for. Store staff are very approachable, friendly and helpful but security was harassing. read more

This was our first time in this shop and we were celebrating my daughters 13th birthday we purchased two dresses and got back to the room and one doesn't fit. No big deal I thought I will just go exchange it. The exchange process with Lashawn was terrible she was rude, ignored me for several minutes and made the whole process frustrating. First bad experience for me in a Disney Park with an employee I don't expect to be treated like a princess but I do think that the employees should be polite. read more

Nice upgrade from the old "walking into a cheesy California postcard" feel. Feels like you are in a department store from the 20's... even somewhat reminds of me of Beverly Hills stores - I think Saks Fifth Avenue on Wilshire in BH has a themed children's area similar to Elias and Co... maybe not as elaborate as Disney, but still pretty cool. Not sure if this is still true, but it was the only place you could get Frozen merch in the park. They do it all - apparel, hat embroidery, toys, the works. Prices are high...no surprise there. This is a long overdue review, but this is my favorite store in both Disneyland and DCA. Not just for the products they sell, because some of the products aren't found anywhere else, but the staff there is amazing! A couple years ago, I was walking through, with my mother, in my brand-new Mickey graduation cap. A very nice cast member named Airik (spelled that way) came up and said congratulations to me on graduating from college. He asked where I went, and what my major was, etc. Then, he asked if I was interested in getting it custom embroidered (with my school name, my name, etc). I said no, knowing it's not cheap to get them embroidered. I was ready to brush it off and continue shopping, until Airik said "How about if it is a personal gift from Mickey and Minnie?" My mom and I looked at each other, and I asked if there would be a cost. I know he was trying his best to say that there was no charge, he simply repeated "It would be a personal gift from Mickey and Minnie." We followed him to the embroidery section, he gave me the form to fill out, and wrote a special note on it, and passed it to his staff. 20 minutes later, I returned with my school letters in my school colors embroidered on one side, and my name on the other, no charge! I found Airik again and thanked him so much for this generous gift! Huge shout out to the amazing cast members! read more

Elias & Co is the department store of Disney California Adventure, offering everything from jewelry and clothing to Mickey ears and toys. All of the shops are connected so it doesn't matter if you come in through a certain entrance. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Right before closing, Brian helped us multiple times with finding a specific sweatshirt and was so friendly and polite the entire time, even though we were probably holding up the staff starting to close up the store. I am a BIG Disney fan and of course and annual pass holder. I shop my Disney trips all the time. On Wednesday 4/2/14 I had the best experience with a cast member named Tony (from Ontario, CA) He told me about a service I NEVER knew existed for guest not staying in the park hotels. I knew guest staying at the Disneyland hotels could check their shopping bags in but, it is also available for EVERY guest at the parks. I did a lot of shopping and when I asked where an item was he told me if I had more shopping & still plan on enjoying the park more, I could check my bags and return later to pick them up. It was great! No lugging the bags from store to store or ride to ride. Defiantly will be using this service again. read more

I'm at Disneyland with my family (my wife, 4 year old, 2 year old, and mother in law). My 2 year old is just about potty trained so I've got him in a pull up under his pants just in case. I take him to the bathroom to go potty and he does great but somehow comes out of it with wet all down the back of his pants. I'm in a panic because it's getting colder and I have no spare pants. I go into one shop and no pants, they tell me to check Elias & Company. I go in and don't see any boys pants in his size, I ask someone and she goes in back and comes out with 2 pair and some shorts. I pick a pair of pants ($20) and go to the counter to pay. My cashier Vanessa greets me and asks how my day is going. I tell her great except my lil boy just wet his pants and I ask if they offer military discount or anything. She apologizes and says no. I take out my credit card and wait for my total. Vanessa punches some keys and says to me "the pants are on us". I couldn't believe my ears, I said "excuse me?" She repeated and I was in shock. I teared up and thanked her so much. Vanessa made my day and my trip magical. read more
