Have been to this Levi's store multiple times. I feel like most of the times I have been there the…read morestaff is not friendly. They just seem to be having conversations amongst themselves. There never seems to be a greeting or asking if I need help with anything. I'm usually the one going up to employees to ask for help. On my last visit I went there with my son. He picked out a few items and we went to the dressing room so he can try them on. Got in and out of the room and nobody asked if we needed help looking for anything. Went back and got some more clothes and then back to the changing room we go. Second time coming out of the dressing room one of the employees asked if we had gotten a promotional discount card. I was honestly very surprised that an employee had finally acknowledged us at the store. I wish I had gotten her name. A few days after purchasing some Jeans my son wore them for the first time. He only got to wear the jeans a few hours before they tore. He was simply standing up when they tore. I called this Levi's store to see if they can give me a refund or exchange and was told they could not do anything about it there. They told me to contact Levi's and I was provided the number and website where I can file a claim. I called the number provided and within a few minutes I got an email with instructions on how to file a claim. I'm still waiting to hear back. This store usually has pretty good deals and usually also has a clearance section with even better deals. I just with employees were a little friendly and more attentive. Also wish they had more size options. The shorter lengths for men hard to find.

There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great! I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great. I wish most of their other stores hadn't closed down over the years. But this location is always a must visit when I am in the area. They're always having sales and the inventory is always great. Despite being at an outlet plaza and having signs proclaiming "50% OFF!" I didn't think the prices were much better than a "regular" Banana Republic store, even with the discount. The men's section, like all Banana Republic stores, is much smaller than the women's area. They have a large selection of shirts but not a great variety of pants. But I quickly found a pair which were almost exactly like the ones I had. And in my size! Yay! The woman at the register was pleasant and checked me out quickly.
