    Purchased a new dishwasher and the installers chipped the countertop when they removed the old…read moredishwasher. They photographed the damage and told us to get it repaired and bill Bitter Neumann. Before repairing I consulted 3 repair people and got options. I called the salesperson who relayed the message to the manager and the manager has not responded. It has been 4 weeks and four phone calls and no one has returned a call.     Bought a new refrigerator three years ago. On day one it froze every item in the freezer as well as…read morethe refrigerator compartment. Called service and they sent their repairman. The repair did not work. Cans broke and I had a mess on my hands. Repairman showed up again and installed a defective part. I contacted Dan, the business owner and stated I did not want the Frigidaire unit. He stated that I had to have it repaired and he would not replace it. Still did not work. He left me without a refrigerator over the Labor Day weekend, and it was not working for a total of 66 days! I again contacted Dan and he became irritated and stated that I am not to call him, and I am not allowed to come in the store! He added that he is done with me! I lost hundreds of dollars of food, but I guess Dan's problem was resolved. The unit remains problematic and has seen 10 service calls. Frigidaire was willing to replace the unit but Dan, emphatically stated "NO WAY". Now I know why their name is BITTER Neuman!

I was pleased to know also that Kettle Moraine Appliance had in store repairmen, also, for future use. Jeff did a fine job. Period. He has a very fine, extensive product knowledge base, and answered a lot of my appliance questions and concerns. He listened and I was not preached to, unlike too many Big Box Store clerks. I especially appreciated direct and accurate answers to my qualms of having to have a ventless clothes dryer. I have a quirky new kitchen set up where a built in alcove could take traditional stacked laundry units, but not an available exhaust pipe. So, a new style, all in one front opening single unit washer/electric ventless dryer was the solution. Jeff was a great and to the point "explainer" that the concept is sound and actually very common now a days. So, as a non - Digitally Gifted sort of fellow, I appreciated that .     We purchased a wall oven and were told it would be at their store within a week. I called after the…read moreweek and was told "we are short staffed" and that I should leave a message for my salesman. So I did. No call back so after another few days I called again and was told the same thing. Not until I basically demanded to speak to a manager did the receptionist respond appropriately and make it an appropriately handled discussion. I was then told by a manager when it would arrive. I called that day and they said it had arrived the day before. Then finally the salesman called after I already found out. The Installation crew was great thankfully. A week later I called to request a service guy to take a look at the door as it doesn't close right. The guy told me their service people weren't in that day and that I should call their West Bend store. Again, the customer is expected to do the store's job. I would not recommend them. If I can't find a better store next time I need an appliance I will order it online and deal with the installation on my own. They provided no added value. BTW my oven was $4000 so one would expect at least average customer service.

    Bruce, the sales person, is the absolute worst! I have NEVER been treated so horribly by a sales…read moreperson ever. I ordered a bed frame on February 4 and it was delivered March 18. As soon as the delivery people brought it in the house, I recognized it was not the same color as what I had seen in the store. What was in the store was very light colored, and what was delivered was much darker. (see photos). My husband called and reported it immediately. Bruce responded it was just a difference in lighting and blew us off. We then went to the store in person where he was very defensive and deflective. Bruce continued to argue that our photos weren't valid as they weren't taken with an iPhone 17 Pro Max, the only camera he trusts. He said he would contact his rep to see what could be done. I went to the store on March 20th to ask what progress had been made. He gave excuses about reps not returning phone calls and "this could take weeks." I attempted to continue to talk with him and he walked away. RUDE! My husband I went to the store today, March 25, to ask again about what progress was being made to resolve the issue. He said he had talked to a rep last Friday. I asked why he hadn't called us three days later to let us know and he became VERY angry, yelled at me repeatedly that he was doing me a favor. He said he didn't have time to call. That's ridiculous that there was never a moment in three business' days time that he couldn't have called. The store is never busy. When I continued to tell him to stop yelling at me, then he stuck his finger in my face and kept shaking his finger at me, and continuing to yell. I told him to get his finger out of my face, that I wanted a full refund and to come take the bed back. He responded that he never wanted to see me in his store again. I replied, "as if I'd ever come back," and he responded with, "Good." He is refusing to credit my credit card, but says he will mail a check in a few days. I am very distrusting of that, so I will continue to monitor. There are no plans to pick up the bed that is the wrong stain color either. Avoid shopping at this store. You will be treated horribly.
