Mr. Kline answered all my questions about the cost of demolishing the old shed and preparing the foundation for my new shed. I have been bothered by nuisance groundhogs for 15 years with the groundhogs going under my shed, having babies and being protected by the shed. They tore up my yard. Mr. Kline stated this new pad would be built with quality treated lumber. He also installed geofabric between the ground and added #57 stone that he said would not be favorable for the groundhogs. He used tools to make sure the pad was level. They cleaned up everything after demolishing the old shed. The workers, Ryan and Sammy, were professional as well as personable. I did shop around for quotes but decided to use "A Clean Creation" based on the information he provided and the longevity of his company. I also read the reviews about "A Clean Creation," that were mostly favorable. I have not seen a single groundhog since the pad was completed. I never knew how these critters tearing up and inhabiting my yard was affecting my quality of life. I was afraid of them as any mammal can get rabies and I had read stories of "groundhogs gone mad." These guys were fabulous, and are going to be my "go to" for some other projects I need done around…read morethe outside of our house. I've had a good deal of frustration and problems with other contractors not finishing work, or their completed work was sloppy, but not with this crew. We hired them to baseline the flowerbeds around the perimeter of the house and get some of the poorly placed roots up from several old bushes and a crape myrtle tree that was planted way too closely to the house. These guys deweeded, laid contractor grade weed paper (I had bought previously), and finished by laying a layer of river rock all the way around the house. Another unsightly old flower bed was completely cleared out, leveled and seeded with grass, as well as laid a top layer of straw to promote the growth. Everything looks tidy and square and finished to how if hoped. They cleaned up when they were done and everything. The guys on the crew were polite and quiet, you really wouldn't have known they were here working. Price on the project was fair, this economy is tough to judge as everything is expensive now. Anyway, the entire project went without a hitch and I am pleased to be writing them a review. This type of hard work and professionalism should be what the standard of this country should be. We're look forward to seeing them on our next project very soon!
