SUM: John is very knowledgeable. John is very friendly. John provides excellent customer service. i was a walk-in having a semi-meltdown about the tax amount i owed (always filed on my own). he let me in on a saturday as a walk-in, gave me water, and initially started saying that he only works on business tax prep but can help me review my numbers. John ended up re-doing my numbers within 40 minutes and explained every step and option thoroughly. he also set me up with a payment plan that i was not aware was even an option. i'm still mad about the amount of taxes owed but at least i now had the option to budget my payments accordingly. i will be relying on John for all my future tax things because he is just that amazing.
