She explained everything clearly and showed me how to scan the board to fill out my information. While I was completing the paperwork, another staff member was cleaning the lobby area which already looked spotless! They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Fingerprinting Express for any fingerprinting needs. They also offer notary, passport, and visa photo services, and I would absolutely return for those services in the future.

If you ever need fingerprints done for anything, I'd highly suggest coming here if you live in the Henderson area. They charged $68 for the services, and I guess I am ok with that. The technician explained why I had to get fingerprints again despite the fact I had done it before and people's fingerprints do not change unless something tragic happens to their fingers either on accident or on purpose, but I kind of understand their thought process.

Not sure if they float over from other locations but I always prefer to deal with Chris. There have been times I've dropped off letters to go out in the mail but they take a little longer than the post office as this isn't their main service. I like the location of this UPS being that it's right next door to Smith's that I will run into often after dropping off my Amazon returns. We planned to have all windows tinted, including the windshield. The team walked us through tint options, pricing, and payment details, which we appreciated. However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves. Additionally, the pricing was not particularly discounted compared to other shops, which made the experience feel even less justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Polar Tint. While the customer service demeanor was friendly, the significant delays and lack of communication made the process frustrating and inconvenient.

They sell a lot of mailing supplies, boxes, tape, things of that nature. Greeting cards are stocked along with stamps and envelopes of every size imaginable. Beware, there are a lot of "challenged" individuals new to the area who are going to hog up the machine and any staff. "Skill issue" is a friendly way of putting it. Some people take five minutes to print out a label.

From the very beginning, the communication felt short, unfriendly, and heavily focused on upselling at every opportunity. Unfortunately, I was on a tight timeline and needed a quick turnaround, so I decided to move forward despite my concerns. Recently, after rebranding my business, I contacted Tyler again to create updated business cards. We provided mock-ups and concepts for the new design, and the conversation immediately shifted toward additional charges for creating the card layout. While I completely understand and respect that businesses charge for design work, I called personally to explain that we had several future projects coming up and were hoping to build a long-term business relationship. Instead of working toward a solution or showing any interest in customer retention, I was told to "take my business elsewhere" simply because I questioned being upcharged on the mock-up process. As a business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of profitability. However, customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building are equally important -- especially in service-based industries. Unfortunately, my experiences with Tyler and Digital Insight Printing lacked those qualities entirely. Because of this interaction, not only have they lost my business moving forward, but I also cannot confidently refer other businesses or colleagues to them. There are too many printing companies that value communication, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships to settle for an experience like this.

We're still debating whether we want to go to Rome on a pilgrimage to the Vatican or visit the Philippines (opting for Rome since we won't get mobbed by hordes of 'family' expecting a hand out). Anyway, the service is still great, it's convenient and not bogged down with long lines that you'll find at UPS. Great experience - highly recommend!
