I explained what was needed. The Customer associate knew exactly what I needed. She assured me all was ok as she prepared the label. Since I had missed outbound for that day, she quickly provided me options with no hesitation. Due to the urgency of getting out she suggested dropping it off at the main hub across the street to still make it out that day. I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service and professionalism I called back and just had to talk with the owner. They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. Worst customer service I've experienced at this location…read more On March 30, 2026, Laila was immediately dismissive and visibly annoyed--eye-rolling and acting impatient over basic questions. I remained calm and even offered to go to another employee. Instead of handling it professionally, she snapped and tried to blame me. Thankfully, Stephanie stepped in and handled the situation the way it should have been from the start. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. He did not tell me that it's $.99 a mile and despite me having insurance and telling him twice he still charged me for insurance. He kept trying to call my emergency contact and when I asked why he needs to call her if there is no emergency? He tells me "yeah yeah I don't wanna be weird, you trust worthy right?" He got mad at a delivery driver for literally no reason. And he scare the hell out of me cause he seemed like he was on drugs. He tried to drive me himself and said he's almost off work. I told him no. He opened my passenger door and tried to pet my dog without permission. It was all so weird. If I had a ride I would have went somewhere else. For one day, my U-Haul charge was $519 and I used it for one day from VEGAS to Barstow. And paid $115 for the gas in total. Here is a photo of my last U-Haul I rented from a much much better place and they charged me $488 for 3 days. I went from Vegas to Orange County California to Pomona, back to Cali, and then back to Vegas.
