This place is wonderful. They do my sale signage and have always been helpful, courteous and professional. I email in my artwork and get a response within a short time frame telling me when I can pick it up. Customer service is non-existent in this place. On June 1st, 2017, I went into this place to see if I could get some t-shirts made. When I walked in, the owner was sitting to the left, nobody greeted me. I asked him about getting some t-shirts made, he said I don't know anything about t-shirts, talk to Justin. Justin came around and was nice. He quoted me a price for the t-shirts and told me to email him my artwork. I told him that my artwork was in Photoshop (PSD). He said no problem, I can work with that. The following day (June 2nd) I emailed him my artwork. That's when everything went downhill. I called Justin the following day (June 3rd) to see if he had received my email and if he needed anything else from me. He told me "Yeah, I got it. I will have a proof for you by Monday"... Monday came and went. On June 13th, (almost a week and a half later) I emailed Justin to inquire because I hadn't heard back from anybody. Later on that day I received the following email "What you sent is not camera ready artwork. We can't use that. - Elaine". I was shocked because "Elaine" never offer to help or explain what was the matter with the artwork. This email to me was VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say, I canceled my order and found a great company to work with. There are thousands of companies like this one in the Las Vegas area. I had stickers, posters, banners and a step and repeat made for the annual Newport Beach boat parade. Wow amazing the stickers work inside and outside even through a heavy rain storm couldn't believe they survived. The colors on the poster are very bright and clear everything is very easy to read even from far away. Would recommend very fast and super friendly read more

I would give this place a 0 if I could. We got magnetic buisness signs made. Asked if there is any special care to be taken, as this is the first set of magnets we have had, answered with " no. Nothing to worry about". The first magnet fell off the car after week. We went back to get a new one. We were told no problem. We will make it for you. Went back two weeks later after the second magnet fell off. They lost the file with our design. They refused to return phone calls. Hung up on us when we called to get a status update of the new magnets to be made. Then threatened to call the police on us and our 6 and 8 year old daughters, while we were there trying to get a refund. Horrible customer service. read more

Against the negative yelp recommendations and in favor of The Boulevard Mall landlord's strong recommendation, I hired A 1st Impressions and I am so glad I did. They were very pleasant to deal with, provided very competitive pricing and fabricated and installed three 7x60 exterior illuminated signs, two 9x60 exterior banners along with monument and pylon signs in less than a month and a half! They did such a great job we have hired them again to create another exterior sign. I highly recommend them and no doubt they will have all of my Las Vegas business. read more

Great service when they were on Gibson, but customer service turned sour when they returned back to the Lake Mead location. I called to order a new A frame ad and was told to email what I wanted to them. When I said I couldn't find the email, I was rudely told by some man to search my old emails for it. Because I have had great service from Elaine in the past and wanted to continue to work with her, I did that. 2 days later I finally found it and emailed her with a draft that I designed (meaning a crappy draft) with instructions to make it look professional and to add my logo (which she said she would keep on file for all our future orders). It was returned looking exactly as I sent it, looking very unprofessional; looks like I did it- because I did!! Nothing was changed and my logo wasn't added. I decided to call and again spoke with the rude man (who I now know is the OWNER) and he didn't let me speak with Elaine (I don't think she works there anymore, but he didn't say that). He was not nice about my requests for changing the ad- asked angrily what I "specifically" wanted changed- which I said I first wanted my official logo added to the ad. He yelled at me saying how he probably doesn't have it and since I was being rude that to take my business elsewhere. I spoke with this man 3 different times and had major negative attitude every time. Honestly, I would give them minus stars here on YELP if that was an option. If you want to be treated like a paying customer, DON'T use their services. Please keep your business local but choose somewhere else to take your money. As for me, I'm on the search for a new local company to use now. read more

The Millers run a great shop. I have been a customer for quite awhile and they are always very responsive to my questions, designs, orders. They get the products out in a very timely manner, usually faster then I requested. They make sure the orders are right and a few times I've had last minute changes and they have worked with me on the changes and got the orders out in the corrected version. I have used them for banners, t shirts and will continue to trust them. On another note: we needed banners for a non profit organization I am a board member on. We have a lot of sponsors. Some with web sites and logos some without. I ended up talking with Elaine and emailing her everything. I wasn't sure how to coordinate all the sponsors into banners. Elaine spent the time to put together a few different banner artworks and we chose the best one to represent all our sponsor and our organization. I can't say enough about the Millers. Keep up the good work. I have, in the past, used other places and found they did not assist with artwork and organization of banners, t shirts, etc.. Most expected me to just send already done artwork and then they would print what I had. No help with the art. They say they "create" but really they just print what you give them. I have never posted a negative comment on a business before however, this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had in business. I walked in with an old sign to see if I could get a new sign printed with my new company logo and to match my business card. The young woman said yes not a problem. I just needed to send her my new logo and leave her my new business card and she would lay it all out. I asked her who their graphic artist was and she said she did all the design work herself because it's a family owned business and all the work was in-house. She told me it would be $55 per hour for designing it of which I said not a problem. She was in a hurry to get me out the door because she had her little girl at work with her who was needing her attention. I didn't have a good feeling about it when I left, but I decided to give it a shot because maybe she was just having a bad day. I should have listened to my gut feeling because dealing with her and her mother became a nightmare. A few days later when I still didn't have my sign because she couldn't design very well and I had to make a few requests via email for her to try to match the blue colors all over the card because it didn't look right, I was told to by her mother to find another printer. I called in to talk with the young lady and her mother answered the phone and was very rude, short and hung up on me. Seriously very unprofessional people running this business. Printers are a dime a dozen so don't use this company if you want professional quality graphics or customer service. read more
