I also used them for my own photography business, and they ALWAYS came through for me. As you probably know, the measure of a company isn't when everything is right, fast and perfect. But when there is a wrench thrown into the process. Greko came out on top when that happened too. If something was wrong, it was fixed IMMEDIATELY and without any kind of .. well.. attitude for lack of a better word. They were always apologetic, and always right on top of getting it right. And if I screwed something up - they worked with me then too, with patience and understanding. I recommend Greko to each and every one of you. They came out to measure our windows themselves -- their job, not ours -- and still managed to misprint materials that didn't fit. Rather than communicate this before installation, they installed over a weekend with zero notice, put up incomplete decals missing an entire middle panel, and left our before-and-after display looking like an embarrassing mess. When we finally called to get answers (because they certainly weren't going to reach out), they had the audacity to blame us for having windows of different widths -- windows they measured themselves. I then had to pull time out of my own schedule to resize and resubmit designs to correct their mistake, and they still tried to charge us for the reprints. Let that sink in: they misprint, they ghost you, they botch the installation, and then they send you a bill. And if that weren't enough -- when one of our female employees followed up, they addressed her dismissively as "woman" and doubled down rather than showing an ounce of professionalism or accountability. That kind of behavior has no place in any professional exchange, full stop. This business operates with the accountability of a middle school group project. Bigoted, incompetent, and completely uninterested in making things right. We deeply regret ever giving them our business and would strongly urge anyone -- especially other medical or professional practices -- to look elsewhere. However, I wanted to ensure that the card stock was to my liking, so I went to the shop. Randy assured me that my order would be completed on time and to my specifications. When I arrived to pick up the programs, Randy said their printer broke down and that they were unable to add the glossy finish to the front and back pages of the program. My pickup was scheduled for 9:00 am and the service was at 10:30 am. I took the programs as is. I followed up a few days later to ask if he would print the thank you notes, pro bono, since they had not completed my previous order to my satisfaction. He said they would give me a 25% discount. I asked for a 25% refund on my previous order. He told me he could not offer a refund, because I had accepted it. I told him I had no other choice but to use those programs. I asked him if I could talk to the owner. He told me he was not at liberty to tell me the name of the owner. How could someone take advantage of someone in such a vulnerable state and not try to figure out a way to remedy the situation to the customer's satisfaction? I can't tell you how I appreciate the customer service , reliability and price. These guys print up my menus in like minutes sometimes. I say this because I was going to kinkos before. Had so many problems where their machine would " break down " or they would just be standing around and I had sent my menus the day before. They were very expensive and the manager was rude and told me to go somewhere eise when I politely said I've had many problems picking up these things. Plus the price was much more than copy copy. If I remembered correctly, printing is .35cents per minute on the computer. You have to swipe your card first before doing anything else. The store is clean and well organized. Not only was Aaron EXTREMELY effective at communicating, but he also got the job that I needed done in one day. I know that my company likely has high volume and its worth it to C & A to have good customer service, but I know they still have unpaid invoices (i'm working on getting the checks written - and please don't be like this to this awesome company if you can help it!) Regardless, the clients are put first as it should be, and they made sure to get the work done for me. I am mostly complementing Aaron because he is who I was in contact with when I recently made a large mistake at work- He understood, knew what I needed, and got the job done.
