The master bedroom was roomy and had access to the balcony. The second room was smaller with two full sized beds. The couch in the living room was also a pullout big enough for two adults. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of utensils, dishes and pots/pans. All the appliances were nice stainless steel appliances and the counters were granite. The location was perfect as it was directly on the beach. It was also located close to fast food and Winn Dixie (maybe a 3 minute drive). Lots of families stay here but noise was never a factor. The beach directly in front of the building never felt crowded even though the areas on both sides of our building were packed with beach goers. Check in was a little complicated as we drove up only to find a gate that we weren't given the access code to. We had to call the office a few times before we were able to reach anyone to give us the code.

We found a house we loved, but unfortunately it went under contract before I made the call to the Hiller Group. Daniel responded very quickly and got us several listings in the area matching our needs (some were not even listed on realtor.com or Zillow) and we quickly fell in love with a home. When we contacted Daniel about the property he quickly arranged to go to the property to do a showing via video call since we were in California and gave us his honest opinion and recommendations throughout the walkthrough. My husband and I quickly fell in love with the property. Daniel, respectfully gave us time to discuss it but my husband and I had already made our minds up so we quickly called Daniel back and asked him to draw up the contract. Daniel was very responsive and got the contract to us quickly for signing according to our wishes and delivered to the seller for approval. We just beat someone else on submitting a contract and since we were quicker the sellers went with our offer. We then transitioned to Bryanna who assisted us through the escrow process. Bryanna kept us well informed throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. When we made it to Florida, days before closing, she and Paige met us at the property so we could walk through the property in person and answered our questions. Paige was at our closing prepared to answer our questions and to welcome us to Florida! Such a seamless transaction from start to finish! I highly recommend the Hiller Group to anyone. Condo stay at Majestic Sun A0402. The furnishings were a bit dated but nothing terrible and view…read morewas spectacular. Beautiful View! As evening fell roaches......YES ROACHES started to emerge. The following morning I put in a complaint to the 24 hour help. Their initial reply was "There is some bug spray there" mine was " Yes, however, I do not want to be an exterminator during my vacation". After about 15 minutes I received a call from a rep that seemed very apologetic and agreed to move us to an upper floor into a different unit. He gave us the room number and said that we will receive a call instructing us when we can relocate our things to the upper floor. That didn't happen, instead I received a text saying our current room was no longer available for the remainder of our stay due to maintenance no mention of the unit the other person had promised. It was followed by an email stating we could select from a provided list a different unit. However, those units were in a completely different LOCATION, not in the area we booked for an event we were attending that evening. I told the lady we don't want to move to a completely different area ( as we were hours from the start of the event). After I hung up, the first gentleman called back stating he saw I declined the move and I said because they didn't offer the room you mentioned and they wanted to move us to a totally different location. He was confused to why they didn't pay attention to what he noted. He said he would send some to spray ASAP and apply a monetary compensation on Monday, as of yet we have not seen any compensation. They did come to spray, although it was a partial spray and they didn't listen to us when we told them where we saw them coming from. The next evening the roaches returned. During the battle of the roaches we discovered how dirty this place was. Crumbs of food behind stuff, and previous old roach motels under cabinets and tables. I felt HORRIBLE that my friends were exposed to a $1200 Roach motel.

I love the white sands and the temperature was great at night. The villa had the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in on a vacation. Kitchen is extremely small, dishwasher was full of dishes, we were wondering why there were only 3 plates and a few coffee mugs. We bought paper plates and utensils since we had assumed the dishes would be in the cabinets. We were wrong. The water pressure wasn't perfect but then again it never is at the beach. Location is close to shopping and all the restaurants. You can walk to several different places. It is hard to navigate the villas at night. You turn in three blocks from where you are actually staying which is very weird. Several different places all in one general area. Overall an okay experience but not likely to return to this area. It is very crowded this time of the year.
