I used to love this place. I'd stop by on my lunch break and get goodies for my coworkers and family (and myself ). Then I went in and purchased something that said 'you're the best'. Didn't inspect it before I bought it. Got home and it read 'your the best'. Sent them a message about it. A few weeks have passed and they didn't even bother responding. Funny thing about Facebook messenger, it lets you know when someone has viewed your message. My advice. Spend money on sweets at a place that has basic elementary spelling skills or a place that cares if they mess up. Bizzy Bs apparently isn't one of those. I do realize that it was just a cookie bt I feel like it's a matter of principle. That two dollar cookie should be just as important as a twenty dollar cake. read more

Why has it taken me so long to get in here!! I stopped by after work to grab an after dinner dessert. The bakery case was surprisingly full (except for the danishes) for it being 1 hour before closing. I ordered a lemon bar and a turtle cheesecake. Customer service was very friendly and welcoming, even after a hiccup with the credit card reader. I tried to wait to eat my lemon bar until after dinner, but I just couldn't. It was so good, not too tangy and not too sweet. Just right. I can't wait to go back and try other items in the bakery case. I asked for a variety and was given 3 kinds, even though I only ordered 6. They were normal sized, not too much for one person, and absolutely delicious. My daughter in law planned a surprise party for me and the day before the party there was an ice storm in Bentonville. The party was canceled and they told me where the cake was coming from. I came here a few weeks ago to see about ordering a cake for my husband's birthday. I came a little over a week before his birthday and luckily they were able to get me in. I had no idea what I wanted the cake to be decorated like, however, they helped me pick out a design. They unfortunately don't have a book of cake designs, but she showed me an idea on her phone that she previously did and I liked it. My husband loves chocolate everything, so it was a very chocolate cake. Chocolate filling, chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, and chocolate ganache. Oh yes.. and mini chocolate bars covered in chocolate ganache on the top (see picture). Not only did the cake look awesome, it tasted delicious! It tastes so good that I've probably gained some pounds since I can't ignore the fact it is in my fridge. I don't have the best will power when it comes to awesome tasting cakes! Haha. I have been ordering custom-made cakes for my husband's and daughter's birthdays at Bizzy B's for the last 10 years. The cakes used to be beautiful and delicious. The quality has changed and now they are pretty but no good cakes. The last 3 cakes, all of them $100 or more, have been dry, and when you cut into the cake almost half is not cake but icing. I just got the last one last week for my husband's birthday. First, I said that I wanted it to say "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" (private joke) and it only said "Mr. President". When we cut the cake from the edge inward, half of it was icing, not cake, same as with the last two I ordered before that. The filling, I asked for Bavarian Cream was so little as to be nonexistent. That is three bad cakes in a row. Time to find another bakery. I don't know what happened, their cakes used to be the best. read more

Your Customer Service is not good. There is not a friendly Atmosphere in your Bakery anymore and so many are disappointed. We used to love coming in and buying from you and ordering great cakes. Now my orders go wrong or I get there and my order is being rejected after it was confirmed on the phone by another person. Please go back to the way you used to be.... I ordered a dark chocolate cake with a strawberry center and dark chocolate ganache. The cake was rich, moist, and delicious. Everyone that tried the cake really enjoyed it as well. I went to Bizzy B's on Monday, 9/28/15 and asked if they could have a cake ready by 1:00 PM on 10/3/2015 for my daughters 5th Birthday. The lady that helped me was very friendly and they had no problem at all fitting us in! The cake looked awesome and our little girl absolutely loved. Additionally, I called them around 10:00 AM on the day I was supposed to pick it up and asked if I could pick up earlier. They said that the cake was just finishing up and I could pick it up if I wanted. We will be getting our other daugther's 1 year old cake from here this month as well. read more

Don't go here... Go to Rick's instead. We went in to order a 3 tiered birthday cake from this place. Service was terrible, but that was overlooked since I didn't want to take the drive to Rick's in Fayetteville. The fondant bow on the cake looked busted, the cake was packed in half a donut box so of course it broke before made the 5 minute drive to my house in Rogers. The second and third tiers fell off. Plus the biggest tell of all... We took the cake to a birthday party with about 60 people and not one single complement. Not a, wow, that is a nice cake... nothing. We threw the cake away uneaten. We didn't even bother to cut into it. Save yourself some hassle and make the 20 minute drive to Rick's.
