Extremely friendly staff who made the visit just as pleasant as the incredible and massive cookies. I tried the crème brûlée- in which they toasted the top of it to make the icing a little crispy and it was incredibly good. Everyone in our group enjoyed their cookie. If you're a cookie lover, then you have to try this place! These cookies are the same size as Crumble cookies but in my opinion taste better and aren't as sickeningly sweet. The chocolate chip cookies have like a 75% chips, so that's definitely a preference. I really liked the red velvet and crème brûlée and could finish those without any trouble the cookies also come out warm which I love! Service was nice and helpful explaining the flavors. The space also has seating and tables if you want to eat there which is nice. Definitely try this place if you're looking for another dessert spot! read more

We have been here quite a few times, and door dashed them other times. We all enjoy the cookies. The gluten free cookies are some of the best gf desserts I've had. We will continue to order from here. The service is often aloof so we don't feel super welcome inside, door dash is our preferred method of ordering due to that one aspect, but we have been happy with everything else. read more

The cookies here are very good. You had plenty of options, including a few keto and gluten-free cookies. The cookies are soft. The price is expensive, so I wouldn't go too often, but it is a good treat. They are similar to Crumbl Cookie in that they have different flavors each week and their standard everyday cookies. Their prices are similar too. The staff was helpful and explained the options to us as we decided what six cookies we wanted to try. On a day that you would normally go to Crumbl, I recommend you give this place a try instead. You're not going to spend any more money. My favorites: Creme Brulee, Chocolate Chip, and Lemon. If the good folks at half baked read this, NEVER get rid of the Creme Brulee and add the Lemon to your everyday selection. read more

My daughter and I were visiting Bentonville and we were craving something sweet one night at our hotel. We had 6 of these cookies delivered and in my 51 years I've never had better cookies (sorry Mom). The sugar cookie was still warm and the icing was so yummy. My daughter loves the crime brûlée one. I wish this place was closer to where I live but honestly it might be worth the 2 hour drive!! read more

We stopped in for a treat this afternoon while visiting Pinnacle but only purchased one cookie as the worker was unwilling to make a recommendation despite my asking 3 times. Our default choice at any bakery on a first time visit is chocolate chip, if that can't be done well it's generally not work a second visit. While the flavor was good, if a bit tooth achingly sweet in the melted chocolate middle, the texture was too half-baked for us. If you stop in to try it out definitely grab a napkin! read more

My rating is regarding the service, not the cookies they make. My family & I go in there for the 1st time today; there was a older woman, behind the counter & she was trying to rush us to order, which was absolutely not the best experience, the place was not busy & there was no line of people waiting, she was just rushing us to hurry up. If I am unfamiliar with a new establishment, I don't appreciate this. $15 for four cookies. The peanut butter is really good but I just can't see myself going back with that type of rushed environment. read more

When I walked in the workers were welcoming. They told me what the best sellers were and everything looked enjoyable. When I got the cookies they were so good!! I highly recommend this place more then crumble cookies. They live up to the name too. read more

These are by far THE BEST COOKIES around. Ordered a dozen because we could not choose which flavors to get. We have no had one bad one and I'm struggling to even choose my favorite. No chemical taste like Crumble and the flavors are so much better! read more
