This place is on the pricey side, but the cookies are pretty good. I love the rotating menu and seeing all the unique cookie combinations. Today was my second visit, and the Honey Bun cookie is a real win. If you go, go with friends and split the cookies. My friends and I split the cookies in fourths and didn't finish all of them because they're pretty big! And I feel like one whole cookie in any given flavor would be kind of a lot. It's really fun to try like a bite sized sample of each though! The box and cookies are very instagramable and aesthetic. I'm kinda sad there's no place to sit in Crumbl because I feel like this could be a cute place to go with and have dessert with people and hang out. So today my daughter tells me I have a delivery coming to me. She says FaceTime me when you get your gift. So now I'm thinking oh lord she sent me a singing telegram lol. But no was I wrong. She says he's on my street and on he's way. So I look outside and this nice gentleman came walking up with a box of freshly made cookies from crumbl cookies. The cookies are still warm and omg these are the best cookies I've had in a while. I appreciate the nice man who delivered these cookies. Our cookies were yummy, although nothing really extra special, and freshly made when we got there, which we much appreciated. Few things in life are better than warm cookies! I wish they had smaller sizes. They do, but only for large catering orders- seems weird. They also didn't have any bags which we also thought was weird, especially because every cookie is placed in its own box and a bag to carry them would've been really handy. This is my update 7 months later. In the last 7 months because of my 1-star review-- the owner "Dave" has insisted I come to the store to be confronted about my review. When I didn't respond the way he wanted me to-- he proceeded to threaten me and allege my review wasn't real. My review is incredibly real, lengthy, and chocked full of detail. Please don't insult anyone's intelligence with this caveman-like approach just because you don't like a review. Rather than attempting to intimidate customers, these business owners need to take feedback like every other business does and do something constructive with it. Original review: Pulled into the parking lot outside of Crumbl Cookies tonight and saw a steady stream of customers going on and out. I was going to a neighboring restaurant to pick up my husband's dinner, so no cookies for me. Or at least that is what I told my husband as we ran in to pick up his dinner. Upon exiting the neighboring restaurant with my husband's dinner, we were headed to our truck when I felt this magnetic force pulling me towards Crumbl Cookies. It was my husband. He had linked his arm through mine and he was physically pulling me towards the door. We walk in and through my flipping mask, I could smell how delicious the cookies were. This is a super cool, unique shop. I don't even know how to describe it...it is very cool, very techy, very clean and very cute! Crumbl cookies sets a menu each week and offers 5 or 6 different kinds of cookies. My husband ordered a cornbread cookie and an chocolate chip oatmeal. At this point I was trying to figure out anyway possible to justify throwing my diet out the window and throwing down on some cookies. I watched the cookie angel box up the cookies. (Note: Crumbl doesn't call their employees angels. That is my name for them since this is the closest to heaven I have ever been.) Covid precautions are in full effect here! So don't let that keep you from stuffing your face with these cookies! So we got our cookies and took them home. They cookie angel put them in the cutest pink boxes. Then, I ate my healthy dinner followed by 1 bite of the cornbread cookies and 1/4 of the oatmeal chocolate chip - just because I wanted to review Crumbl, you see. (Wink wink). So in the name of informing people, I must tell you...the cookies were incredible! You definitely want to follow these guys on Facebook so you can watch for when they make your favorite cookies! Horrible experience and customer service. My order took almost an hour and a half to arrive - I ordered through the app. When I called to check on my order that did not arrive the manager told me I needed to call door dash and wasn't going to do anything and got very rude. I told them I ordered through their app and they told me basically it wasn't their problem. I was persistent and eventually the manager agreed to have sent - awful management and awful customer service and will not be a return customer. read more

We went on opening day, only to find the line out the door and around the corner by Smash Burger. Nope, not standing in that line. So we left and decided to go back later in the night (around 10pm) and the line was still long. Nope, not standing in that line either. Especially since people outside weren't social distancing. Get it together people. Anyway, we went back the next day and we only had to stand outside a few minutes. Inside the restaurant smelled great. The menu was on the screen. The gentleman at the register took our order and explained how they bring in new cookies each week. Are you really trying to get me in there every week? I'm trying to lose weight, not add it on. The staff was nice and worked quickly while we waited on our order. I think we were in line 10-15 minutes. I think it'll go faster once customers get used to the cookies available and will order faster. Ok now to the good stuff. THE COOKIES! The cookies were awesome. They were soft and sweet. Just be careful. Half a cookie may be enough. We got a 4 cookie box: 2 Chocolate Chip, 1 Sugar, and 1 Snickerdoodle. They were all great. The snickerdoodle has a cream cheese frosting on top. Delivery service is terrible. They charge a $7 delivery fee which is incredibly steep. My last order took well over an hour and the wrong order was delivered. On a second occasion, my delivery order was still "processing" almost 1.5 hours later so I cancelled it. It was still delivered over two hours later and the WRONG COOKIES WERE DELIVERED. My first, and hopefully only, experience with Crumbl cookies was very good. I say "hopefully only" because of how incredibly rich the cookies are. I had a major sugar crash after eating a single cookie. I felt poorly for the next four hours. That's not exactly their fault... They are good at what they do. But I personally need to stay away from them because sugar is my Achilles' heel. If you can pay top dollar for a cookie and if you can handle your sugar better than me, you will love Crumbl cookies!
