Before confirming the order, I asked several times if that timeline was guaranteed, and I was assured that it was. After one week, I called to check the status and was told the order had not arrived and would take one more week. When I questioned it, it seemed like the order was only started at that point -- one week after I had already confirmed everything. Later, I was told the order had already arrived, which made the whole situation even more confusing. The communication was inconsistent, the promised timeline was not honored, and the overall experience felt very unprofessional. They wasted my valuable time, and I trusted their guarantee, but they did not follow through. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

It had turned yellow by the time I acquired them. Vazrik came over and cleaned and conditioned the leather restoring them to a beautiful deep caramel color. He also worked on a decorative chair that had good leather but it was badly damaged and discolored. He wasn't sure if he could restore it but he cleaned it and conditioned it and then blended a custom dye that gave it a beautiful milk chocolate color. All the chairs look brand new and im pretty sure they're close to 30 years old. Finally he worked on a huge heavy leather couch that had many scratches and hadn't been taken care of for many years. It also turned out beautifully. So for 15 chairs and a 10 foot heavy couch it was a small price to pay to restore it all to it's original beauty. It turned out so much better than I could have hoped. I have attached before and after photos. Vazrik is a true artist and craftsman. He said the dining chairs were all from bulls rather than cows and and why he knew that. Plus he is genuinely a very nice man.
