The service is truly what sets them apart. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in, and they take the time to get to know you and remember you. It is women and locally owned, and the owner is incredibly sweet and kind hearted. You can see the effort and love she pours into both the food and the service. She genuinely cares about her customers and the community. They also carry other goodies inside, from food and drink items to locally made bags and aprons, which adds such a nice touch. Oh my gosh, this is the best meal prep I have ever tried. I like to cook, but this food is DELCIOUS. I am super picky and do not like bland prep... This food Has flavor. I'm currently dealing with a broken patella so I cannot cook, OR WORKOUT, so I've been pretty stressed trying to figure out how I'm going to stay healthy while I am currently out of service for the gym and ability to make my own meals. I honestly think they have gained a long term customer for at least a few of my meals a week because I was blown away by the flavor. You walk in, the owner recognizes you and asks how you've been and how things are going as she prepares your order. You leave with a smile and feeling good about spending your money to support good people. Second, the food is consistently so delicious. The owner goes to local farms to source fresh organic ingredients for the meals. I've never seen a vegetable even thinking about wilting here. I have tried several other meal prep services and this isn't the type of place to just pour a sauce over plain meat and call it flavor. The proteins and sauces are cooked with real recipes from the owner's Mexican culture and beyond, so it tastes like a quality meal. Third, the convenience of being able to order food in bulk is amazing and cost-effective. I like to bulk order proteins and throw a veggie or salad on the side at home. Or throw some chicken into a pasta I'm making for the family. My kids love the salmon and it's a great way to keep them eating healthy meals when life gets busy. Now Bizzy Fit is developing new options that are super exciting, the arroz de leche and aguas frescas are sugar free and she uses natural sweeteners instead of those chemicals that aren't so healthy. I am a personal trainer/mom/girlfriend and I recommend this place to anyone that simple needs some extra time to themselves without being in the kitchen the whole time. I order or go in whenever I am just tired and don't want to cook or want a break (I have a 16 year old boy). I don't like eating out and neither does my son as he breaks out easily. I can always rely on bizzy fit and their quality foods. Literally everything I have tried is amazing. The quality of food and customer service is a 100/10 for me. Finally we have healthy alternatives in the East Side. I ordered a few meals but the first one that I immediately ate was the Korean Bbq with 1/2 a cup of rice and green beans. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The food is actually the best meal prep food I've ever had and I've tried everywhere. It gets busy at times sometimes you have to wait, but in my opinion, the food and the friendliness is what's important in a business. I saw one star review on here which I think is absolutely insane, It seems like that is going to happen when you just get the most ridiculous people on yelp leaving nonsense complaints. Anyways, that's beside the point but necessary for me to speak up I mean this is a free country!!! And I also think it's amazing to have a Female/Latina owner thriving in our neighborhood, and someone that gives back and cares about the community!! Updating my review after a few more months of usage. The marinated teriyaki chicken is my new favorite. It's fantastic and the chicken is cooked so perfectly. I can't cook chicken well so ordering it via meal prep is exactly what I need. The tri tip steak is still a fan favorite in our house and continues to be the favorite for my kiddos.
