Although it is fun, it is hard to wrestle the bucket back when you're trying to drive on to the next animals. These animal are big and they know that if your car window is up, they will walk on. If your window is down, they will stick their entire head in the window. They have over 500 animals including zebras, giraffes, buffalo, deer, pigs, llamas, and even have the very cute Scotch Highland cattle. The drive through part is not short and you have to drive slow because of the animals. It is worth the money. Fair warning, your car will get dirty. There is a farmhouse on the premises where they sell some desserts. We went during the fall and they had a small pumpkin patch and a stack of hay bales to climb on. We also had a nice little meal from their food tent. We will be back!

They have barrel rides, pedal cars, corn maze, straw maze, corn bin, sand pit, playground, etc. You can pay extra to pick flowers, pick apples, or use the apple cannon. I wish the price was more inclusive. Like a family bundle that includes tickets, bag to apple pick, bucket of apples for the cannon, etc. then you just lay one price upfront. The apple cannon was a lot of fun and the kids had a great time. The event says it is open until 6. At 5 we decided to head up to the food truck and to get donuts and everything was closed up. They had a small stand inside with hot dogs and kettle corn. The place was really beautiful with the flowers and corn field plus cute picnic areas.

The weather had other plans- and it downpoured about 20 minutes after we arrived. This was almost a blessing, because it truly showed what a great operation they have going on. The owner gave everyone instructions on where to shelter and welcomed us all to wait out the storm with them. They checked in all their vendors and helped them bring their tents down. The community help here was very cool to watch. Everyone just pitched in to ensure safety. They had some quick thinking and moved the live music up to the loft and added a wine bar in the hallway. Someone was handing out watermelon slices. It was crowded, but nobody seemed to mind! I'm sure if this were anywhere else they would have scrambled to close up and guests would have scattered to their cars and went home. We enjoyed some amazing peach ice cream and peach iced tea, a tasty food truck, some bakery, a grape slushie, and a beautiful space. The barn and market are truly lovely- Instagram worthy! Darling little touches everywhere, even the bathroom was cute. There are two resident golden retrievers that roamed the property, like a couple of furry greeters. The market is stocked with peaches, apples, various other produce, small business goods (we found some of our other favorites here- Hartzlers Dairy and Bold Pickens pickles!), some decor and gift items, tees, bakery, ice cream, homemade popsicles, candles, and so much more. We also took home a Peach Crisp from Bakehouse 3195 and it was one of the best crisp/ crumbles I've ever had. We can't wait to take the drive out again. The most impressive part was the staff and owners. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the sense of community was inspiring. We had a great time and the rain couldn't wash away the joy!

Back when they had just a small stand. Back when Bill would greet you with a cup of cider and a bag of popcorn. He'd ask questions of the kiddos and made you feel like your business was important. My experience this year as well as last year are like night and day. The employee was not friendly, didn't like being asked questions like "what are you picking today?" Our overall experience on a day when they were not busy and had only a couple customers was very disappointing. I know they can do better.
