    Strawberry Summer Salad

Our first time at BJ's restaurant was not as expected. We were welcomed and seated right away which was nice. Our server, Nia was nice as well. The reason for the rating is due to dirty silverware, seemingly false advertising on the tuna salad, cold food and dirty tables. We got there at 6:00 and it wasn't that busy on Mother's Day so maybe they had not cleaned up after the Mother's Day brunch crowd? My husband ordered the tuna salad and the tuna was diced up in thirds and not slices like it is pictured in the menu not avocado as advertised. I got the mediterranean chicken tacos. The size wasn't the disappointment, but it was the temperature. Both my sweet potato fries and tacos were room cold. My daughter liked her grilled chicken strawberry salad, but she just wished there was maybe a couple more pieces of chicken than she had. The dirty silverware was a huge turn off. It wasn't just water spots, but actual food that was still caked onto the knives and the forks. On the plus side, we did order dessert and the cookie ice cream pies were pretty good. We ordered the chocolate chip and the Oreo. We know not every restaurant is going to be perfect on your first time so we tried to overlook some things, but we just don't know that we will be back.

We usually sit at the bar at BJ's Brewhouse and always get great service, but this time we sat in a booth and the experience was different. The ambience was still nice and relaxed, but they were clearly short-staffed, so service was slower than usual. Our waiter was new (his fourth day), and he struggled to keep up, though he genuinely tried. The food was still on point! The salmon was seasoned perfectly, and the blush sangria mocktail is always a favorite. The manager checked on us several times, which I appreciated. Overall, expect slower service right now, but they're clearly working to improve.

Experience here was lackluster, my food personally was decent, the burger could've been more juicy, but my two friends I was with said their meals weren't very good, mid at best. We ordered drinks (beers) which took about 15 minutes to get and the restaurant wasn't packed or even close to being what I'd call busy. Server seemed to be fairly new and possibly new to waitressing. Ambiance was very low lighting and they kept it warm on a frigid day which was nice. All and all a mid experience at best, don't see myself returning here for the cost of the what they offer, might possibly return to the bar just for their in house Ales which were good once we finally got them.

We went for pizza and wings and it was delicious! i love the root beer glaze for the wings. I really like their root beer as well and the pizookies are amazing! Our server was very nice and any issues during the trip were resolved quickly and before we even noticed them! Also look at this cute cocktail!

Being showing up at bj for their lunch specials. I believe at $13 it is a very good deal. Different choices so you should be able to fund something you like. In addition to the $13 lunch special, there are also daily specials.

The service was great and the ambiance was exactly what you'd expect from a brewery. But my problem is that the price is way too expensive for the quality of food that's served. I got a jalapeno burger and let's just say it was lacking in the fire department. I really wish I didn't spend that much money for what it was, but at least I enjoyed the company I was with And the service was still really good!

This is my third trip here over several year span . I can't believe the place doesn't have better than three stars . One of my favorite places , only complaint I wish there was one closer to my house . I like the decor and atmosphere, feel fancy and expensive. The food is always spot on , staff is always friendly and very helpful . First time ever having a prime rib and it was amazing the three course meal deal was well worth the price . My wife loved the broccoli soup and pasta was really good . Look forward to the next time being in the area just so we can eat here .

BJs is one of my favorite chain restaurants! It is pricey but it's hard to find deep dish pizza around here so I think it's worth it. The pizza always has the perfect crust and they have personal sizes too. It doesn't have a lot of sauce which I prefer. The Halloween drinks were so cute so I'm excited to see if they have any Christmas ones. They even had a mocktail without alcohol which was an orange creamsicle and delicious. Their cookie skillets are amazing - every piece tastes like a corner brownie which I love. Last time we went the service was a little slow but the staff was still nice and helpful. I think they're understaffed so there might be a little bit of a wait but it's worth it to me!

I decided to drop in this upscale spot that has a very attractive bar area and there are a number of large screen TVs scattered about, most near the bar area! Like many spots like this, there is loud, way too new music blaring away - don't understand why restaurants don't understand that is very annoying to many folks. When I entered a little after 11AM, there was no one in the front of the house except 3 folks waiting to be taken to a table, took this to be a less than great sign - staff of all description on the floor at opening was 2. About 30 minutes later several others showed up. I walked on past the unoccupied hostess stand to the bar, up and to the right, and grabbed a booth. The lady behind the bar approached shortly with a menu, and took my drink order, a draft Stella Artois. I ordered full rack of Baby Back Ribs with a Loaded Baked Potato and another side. The first two sides I ordered were not available per word from the kitchen, so I finally settled on Broccoli. I was getting that uneasy feeling foodies invariably get when they sense all is not well, especially in the kitchen. It took about 25 minutes to get my order on the table, and though attractively plated, it would prove to be a mixed bag, and at these prices, that is not acceptable. The ribs ($34.40) were a full 12 rib rack, cooked overnight per the menu description. The ribs were well sauced with a nice combination of sweet and spicy. They were not falling off the bone tender, but well within the range of acceptable. The accompany sauce was a nice addition as well. The 2 onion rings were large and very tasty, but the pickled red onions were MIA! The loaded backed potato was not fresh tasting, nor was it heated through, the butter I added only partially melted. The broccoli was stone cold, should never have left the kitchen, they another strong indication that they were not ready for this Monday to begin . Several other points: The ribs were served on a rectangular metal tray that slid all over the table when you tried to cut the ribs apart! I had to ask for silverware and when received it was wrapped in a "napkin" the size and consistency of a single sheet of standard paper towel. The single Stella Artois draft (14 ounces or so) was priced at $9.25!!! This was not a meal worth anywhere near $43 & change, even had there not been some many bumps along the way! Ambiance - 2 (loud music, very dimly lit) Food - 3 Service - 3 Value - 1

The service at the restaurant was great!! Our server was so nice and had excellent recommendations. My meal was pretty average though. The steak was somewhat tough (couldn't be cooked below medium due to the slow roasting process) and didn't have a lot of flavor. The asparagus and mashed potatoes were good but also weren't anything special. The Halloween themed drink and pizookie on the other hand were great. The drink was very creative/Instagram worthy and didn't taste too sweet. The pizookie was for sure the highlight though! The cookie tasted like a brownie made of all corner pieces and the orange colored vanilla ice cream paired so well!

I am not so sure why they have such low ratings because my experience was fabulous. I went with a decent sized crowd and we were well taken care of and the food was fantastic. I will certainly go back

Place was clean and staff friendly. We were seated promptly and our server was very friendly. First time here. Good atmosphere. Very wide open seating. Love it. Menu is pretty extensive. Lots of choices. Maybe too many. Items are not cheap. Burgers run about $15, pasta dishes similar and jambalaya is $24. That is not a typo. I make jambalaya at home about every week. Still trying to figure out where they get $24. Pretty hefty. I opted for the classic cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and pickle with fries. Daughter had the BJ's barbecue burger and fries. Dodd was prepared fairly quickly. The fries were awesome. Thin and freshly made. Very very good. First impressions of my burger: it was big and pretty. Glossy bun. But the bun was cold and as a result, a little too firm. It Made the burger very thick and kinda hard to bite. I guess I expected it to be warm or grilled. The burger was good, not great. Not much flavor. The toppings were crispy and fresh. A little disappointed. My daughters burger was also pretty to look at. The big downside: it was so drenched in sickly sweet barbecue sauce, that was all you could taste. She only ate 1/3 of the burger and threw the rest away. Such a shame considering the price. I had one bite of it and the taste of barbecue sauce lingered for a half hour. Way too much of a good thing. If you order this burger, get the sauce on the side. $33 plus tip for two burgers and fries. Like I said, it was ok. But not the kind of experience that would make me want to come back. Should I try something else? Salads are $15 up. So are chicken dishes. When you spend that kind of money, you expect value. For me and my daughter, the value just wasn't there.

Let me repeat...#18 in the thousands and thousands of pizza joints across the country. And right here in our very own Triad area! Super cozy interior with an exquisite Italian style pizza oven, great mood lighting and a wonderful bar top right by where the main pizza makers are doing their thing. But let's get to the food. I say this and I do not say it lightly...THE BEST NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA I'VE HAD IN YEARS. This place isn't your typical neighborhood pizza joint. It's in a league of it's own compared to those, especially when it comes to Neapolitan style pizzas. First, the arancini app was superb. Crispy and hot on the outside, with soft rice and oozing cheese in the middle, cradled on the plate by an amazing homemade marinara sauce. And the main event, a mushroom pizza. The dough is one of the best I've had, light and fluffy, and baked to perfection. Chef Peyton is an artist and the pizza dough is his canvas. All the main ingredients (the cheese, dough and sauce) are all in the true Neapolitan form. And the toppings aren't your typical grocery store level stuff. The mushrooms were a medley of oyster and trumpet mushrooms, locally sourced from Heritage Harvest Farm. And these don't just get thrown on raw and the whole pizza baked...oh no. Chef Peyton prepares them prior in a skillet which get put in the pizza oven to roast and pre-bake. You can taste the difference here. And I was told that many of the ingredients are locally sourced, fresh and farm to table. Pure perfection from crust to crust, end to end, top to bottom. Let's talk about the price and put it in perspective. Sure, it's a little more pricy than your local pizza shop down the street. But the high value you're getting here absolutely validates the pricing. The fresh farm to table ingredients and the meticulously made pizzas are on another level. And honestly, I've had more expensive Italian food and pizza, and many of them don't come close when comparing apples to apples. It's 100% worth it. I'm a pizza lover, fan and addict. This ranks in the top 3, if not higher, pizza experiences I've had throughout the decades. I can't wait to go back and try their "Pizzakase", an omakase style Italian tasting experience. If you love pizza, Italian food, or just experiencing something truly delicious, you need to come and try it. This will be our go to "pizza experience" spot for years to come.

A surprizingly small eatery, has a separate dining area with booths and some tables. Our server was professional and kind, we ordered our drinks and a start with their version of Bruschetta. This was an excellent start for our evening there. A beautiful presentation of five pieces, nicely toasted with paper thin prosciutto de parma, fresh mozzarella, chopped tomato, capers and balsamic reduction drizzle. Delicious, rich, crunchy, sweet, savory and full flavored. I went for the Parmigiana with chicken, served over angel hair with a rich tomato sauce. A hearty meal, the chicken cutlet was breaded nicely, and pounded thin, cooked very well. The pasta underneath cooked al dante, and it all smoothered in a rich maranara. We also tried the Mediterranean pizza, a 12" and it was huge. A well made pie, loaded with ingredients. The combination of fresh pesto with the mushrooms, olives, banana peppers, roasted red peppers and feta was a solid choice. Along with a cold draft Stella it made for an very good meal. 4 Stars a solid choice for a good meal 01242

Always on the quest to try new things, this was our lunch time stop once day while out and about. It was a beautiful sunny day, and I appreciated that there were outside seating options. There were both exposed and shaded areas, plus plenty of indoor seating. The whole thing their brand revolves around is a large wood-fired oven, and you can see this prominently when you walk in the door. The subtle smoky smell really adds to the atmosphere and makes you hungry right away. We came during lunch time, so we took advance of their lunch specials, where you get a half serving of a pizza plus another item (we both opted for wings as the other item.) I opted for the 4X4 pizza (4 meats) and the Garlic Rosemary wings, while my wife got the Bronx Bomber pizza and buffalo wings. On both sides, the wings were delicious in an unexpected way, grilled but with a nice char, and full of meat. The seasonings on both were just right, and I didn't even bother dipping mine in any dressing. The 4x4 pizza was quite greasy, with oil dripping off when you pick it up. I used a bunch of napkins to blot what I could off, but the amount of grease got in the way of enjoying the flavor. To be fair, it is on an olive oil base, but when you combine that with all the intrinsic fat of the processed meats, it was too much. The Bronx Bomber, however, was much better. With spicy Italian sausage, prosciutto, mozzarella, Gorgonzola, and topped with fresh oregano, it was flavorful but balanced, and good to the last bite. The server we had, who's name escapes me, was very friendly, attentive, and made helpful suggestions. I'd certainly come back here another day for lunch, though I would pass on the 4x4 Pizza next time.
