I decided to give her a call and we set up an appointment, lucky for me that she happened to be in the office because she is usually in court representing her clients. I just read some reviews and I'm not sure why the one negative review because she treated me well. Chi is good at what she does and that is she represented me as a client in court, I didn't even have to be there. While speaking with her on the phone, I decided to retain her as an attorney on my case as she sounded professional and knowledgeable. I brought everything that she asked, looked them over and she told me everything up front---the costs and what to expect of the outcome. She is prompt and courteous and she did everything that she said that she would do. She always replied to my phone calls and text---depending on which we had agreed to and set up. She would let me know ahead of time if there were changes or anything else that would be involved. With Chi, everything was up front. She got my ticket dismissed and also refunded me like 90% of the fees that were refundable ( I think that it had something to do with administrative cost.
