Like many other people in Bellingham, we sometimes get stopped by police. It was my turn, and the WWU campus police got me on radar going over the speed limit. Int Washington, You have the option of traffic school ever 7 years, pay the ticket and land it on your record, or contact an attorney. Of course, I looked on Yelp for help! (rhyme intended) Looked at a lot of law offices and some had very low ratings. Others were much higher. Reading the reviews was the way to find the right lawyer. This one! Filed out the form for a consult, and was emailed back what they can do, and what it would cost. The legal assistant, Lee Lopez-Breen gathered my information and processed the fees and case. Let me know when the case was coming up, and the attorney would be negotiating on my behalf. After the court date, I got an email telling me they were able to change it to a non-moving citation and that would not show on driving record. The fine was reduced from the original fine by a tiny bit. The main thing was it would not raise your insurance rate. The total amount of fees and court cost was much less than a citation I would get from my home state. This was a sweet deal and I HIGHLY recommed this law firm if you get ANY kind of moving violation. They will take care of you with minimum hassle.
