He deserves MORE than five stars! I received two traffic-camera-related citations last year - one for a red light violation citation, and the second for a speeding violation. Roberto Yranela is great and I recommend 100%! I got into a small fender bender on the freeway in Auburn/Federal Way couple months back and I was issued a citation for Improper Lane Usage. Until I first called Roberto - I would go through the motions of writing on the back of the ticket and sending back, then watch for mail and find out when to appear in court to either fight the infraction (which you never win) or ask the judge to lower the ticket. Taking off work to go to City Hall - sit in Court until your case - Not Any More. Roberto has gotten 2 speeding infractions totally dropped.
