Love this place! The burger to the sausage and not to mention the beer selection.. We used to come here often on Sundays (sometimes having brunch next door first). Decided to try BK for some German style food! Love the building and it's rustic setting. We walked in and they had live music which was great but WAY too loud. Couldn't even have a conversation much less hear the server. We got seated right away and then waited for quite a while for a server, ended up going to the bar to order but finally a server stopped over. With Covid restrictions they do not have menu's so you have to scan a code with your phone to see one. Turns out they have a very limited menu on the BK side but you can order from their sister restaurant Main Street Farmer right next store! So we had options. Had a giant pretzel with beer cheese dip to start, wow, that was amazing! For dinner we're had a Philly cheesesteak, Kielbasa on a bagel bun, Knock-wurst with kraut, and a New York strip(from MSF menu). Philly was meh, Sausage with bagel bun was ok, bun was dry so we didn't eat that but the fries were great! Sausage and kraut was decent as well, but the "wedge" of bread that came with it was 2 tiny slices of extremely burnt bread. Now for the Strip... it was fine, tough but decent flavor but would never order it again. The kicker was the bill. Turns out the strip was $47!!!! Yep! It said MP on the menu and since talking to the server was near impossible with the noise level I didn't ask. My fault but who thinks a strip in St.Michael would cost $47?!? Had the MSF cheesecake which was very good. So all in all, very hit or miss. Probably won't go back. read more

If you like to be ignored then come here. We have been to this place many times as it is nice and close to home. Thanks to our last visit we will likely not be coming back. My wife and I came in to grab a couple beers on a Saturday afternoon. The place was not busy at all which makes the situation even more frustrating. We sat down at the bar right by the register. Bartenders walked past us several times without so much as a hello. They saw us sitting there waiting to be served and didn't bother to ask what we would be having. Our first contact with anyone was after sitting there for 15 minutes at which point we said no one had helped us so we were leaving. The bartender simply said "OK" without offering an apology or anything. Management should invest a little more time in customer service. read more

Food was good. Tried the deep fried pickles - very good. The Juicy Loon extra juicy hard apple cider was also very good. Highly recommend.

Stopped into this place for a beer and an appetizer and was pleasantly surprised. The place is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Great decor and feel. They had a very large beer selection to fit everyone's needs and a nice appetizer menu. The deep fried pickles were to die for!!! They also had a great meat and cheese plate that was huge. Great beer selection with something for everyone and the food was excellent! My daughter loved the salted pretzel and her kids grilled cheese with chips! I loved my chop salad and my dad loved the bier cheese soup! Highly recommend giving it a try! The atmosphere was also great! read more

So disappointed yesterday while in your place. We watched a manager who had been sitting at the bar didn't seem to be working walk over to the kitchen window 4 separate times to reach with his bare hand into the bowl of fries. This was the same bowl the servers were using tongs to put fries on customers plates. When we said something to our server she said she would bring it to someone's attention. After watching him so that we decided we would just have our beer and eat elsewhere. We asked about using our hop pass and we're told we couldn't because we got tall beers. Our pass was 50% off, do the math it's the same BOGO and there is no mention of this in the hop pass. That same manager who was eating the fries was the one who wouldn't let us use our discount. I confronted him on what we saw him so and he was the reason we would not be eating there or coming back. He gave me the excuse that he needed to check the temperature of the fries. That was such a BS line! Use the tongs and put them on the plate if you really need to do that but that was clearly not that he was doing. So disappointing and will never be back read more

Beer is good! Food was ok. We had the boneless wings and the fries and they weren't the greatest. We still are going to go back and try out more beer and food because there are SO many options. I'm hoping in the summer they can open up more tables and do more outside activities like they've done in the past! read more

Horrible service! 20 minutes between drink orders. Food didn't come out together. One order then 10 mins later another order. More than 20 minutes passed and were told they made chipotle instead of homestyle wings. Bill came and were charged for the wings. Burger was supposed to be 'pink' and it was charred. We were a small party and not a complicated order. We'll have to find another place to give our regular business. Really disappointed! read more

Visited BK Tap Haus on a Saturday night out, so looking forward to it! Definitely for a younger crowd, not a fan of 'community seating'. My husband and I sat at the bar (which is very nice!), but we could not hear each other talk.....and we're really not that old! The grilled chicken sandwich was DRY and was a very little piece of chicken. VERY few healthy choices on the menu. The guy sitting next to me moved his chair and pinched my thigh very hard ending with a blood blister, I weigh 125#. Unfortunately, we will never return, but it seems like the younger crowd was having fun. read more
