    Stay Away ! If you want your property to be rented. Our home sat in the market for 3 months. It's a mess with double mortgage.

    I made a reservation in October 2017 for January 2018 at an apartment share The InnKeep Elite…read moremanages. I received a booking confirmation, a price agreement, and my deposit amount. Well, the InnKeep Elite cancelled my reservation 2 months after I made it. I claim they realized I made a reservation during CES week, and that they could charge a lot more. They claimed my CC was declined, but I have my initial confirmation of payment to disprove that. Here is a part of the last email I got from the company. "I just called him and he informed me that he does not want me to allow you to have 3 nights at the PH unless his profit is $1250 (after our fee) because his other unit I guess rented for more and he wants to maximize the profit for the event. " There you have it folks, I got screwed because they made a mistake and didn't take responsibility for it. I replied to that email asking to speak to the manager and their contact at Bookings.com, and they ghosted me. So here I am writing a 1 star review, enjoy.

I even got messages a couple months later about the house rules and check-in. Well TWO DAYS before EDC (which basically sells out every hotel and airbnb in Las Vegas; mind you), I texted her asking questions about check in, and she responded: "call me it's an emergency." So I call. She doesn't pick up the 3 times I call her. So I tell her to call me. She claims she hadn't had that property in months and doesn't know why it was on airbnb and that she had a new airbnb account. I ask her what she is going to do to remedy this, because there is literally no where to stay. She tells me she can get me a ONE bedroom in that same apartment tower. She proceeds to tell me that it's not that great and has lots of light which would be bad for sleeping after the festival. (why are you trying to make it sound so bad to me??) So I ask what kind of discount she could give me for this mistake of hers. She proceeds to tell me : "well, airbnb is going to charge me over $200 for making changes so I could only give you $50 dollars off." (What kind of fix is that?) She also told me that she would contact the people in the one bedroom apartment and kick them out so we could stay there. SHE WASN'T EVEN OFFERING ME AN AVAILABLE ROOM. SHE WAS GOING TO KICK OUT OTHER PEOPLE FROM THEIR STAY. It's absolutely her fault that this even happened. It was her companies mistake and she didn't even own up to it. How unprofessional. Luckily, my husband found a super last minute airbnb that was legitimate and not too expensive that we booked instead. I contacted her again to say I wanted a refund, but she was very vague and just said "Ok, i'll process that." No confirmation code. No apologies. Absolutely unprofessional. I contacted airbnb instead right after and told them my situation. They immediately refunded me and apologized for the crappy situation she put me in. I'm absolutely livid that The Innkeep Elite would put me through that much stress and financial problems. Shady stuff!! Never EVER book with this company!!!!!

    Me and 7 guest stayed in 2 of the penthouse suites and were disgusted by what we discovered…read more shortly after settling into the room, one of my guests discovered a USED CONDOM in a vase in our room. I immediately contacted Signature Rental and their response was less than desired. They told us no housekeeping staff were on location and they would be back at the hotel at 11 am the next day. Me and 3 of my guests were then forced to sleep next to a used condom with a smell of bodily fluids wafting from the vase. In the morning, we left as soon as possible to get out of the filthy room and waited for the room to be cleaned. I got a message from Signature Rental around 1:30 asking me to send a picture of the condom to prove there is an issue... i was floored. Not only have they still not cleaned our room, they need picture evidence to give the room a once over...After i told them i did not feel comfortable taking a picture of someone's used condom, they sent a snarky message about leaving our do not disturb light was on... Sorry, was in a bit of a hurry to get out of our petri dish of a room to check the do not disturb light. Later when returning to the room, we saw there was no signs of actually cleaning that happened, not even the beds were made. Surprisingly, the condom was gone. And the worst part? Not a single refund or anything comped. Am i crazy, or does forcing guests to sleep in a room with a condom not justify a free night at least? I assumed rental companies had some sort of morals for having people sleep in decently cleaned rooms, but not these guys.

    The Signature Grand was great. We stayed in November and everything went exceptionally well. We…read morecould sleep without the noise of the strip but still connected to a resort and casino if we wanted something more exciting. If we did not, we could go back to our rented apartment with housekeeping free of charge and rest comfortably. The whirlpool and bathroom were impressive. They came in handy after the walking marathon that is Vegas. We had a wonderful stay.

    Poor business practices!! Renter beware. Rented a cabin in Running Springs, CA from these people…read morethrough Airbnb for June 29 2017-July 2,2017. Advised them there would be three adults and an infant. Tuesday night prior to our stay (the 27th), I was contacted by the host with the following message: "Hi --- We have been informed there is a wild fire in the mountains and the street to get to the cabin is currently closed. We will keep you informed, you may stay at a later date if unable to get to the cabin on Thursday. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!" I responded that I was sorry to hear about the fire and hopes they would be able to get it under control soon and that we would make other arrangements as we could not wait until we arrived in California (as we were coming from Florida and traveling with an infant, which they already knew) to see whether house was accessible, and what did I need to do do obtain a refund. While waiting for a response, we booked a couple hotel rooms that night as there were very few left in that area, and hardly any hotels. No response until around noon EST the following day when I was advised by the host that the road was open "for now" and that they would keep me updated if that changed, but could still check us in on Thursday "for now" (whatever that means). He also added that even if the house is inaccessible on the day of check in, they do not issue refunds and instead they would hold our deposit for a year and allow us to rebook the property. No joke. I ended up calling Airbnb who reviewed our communications and gave us a full refund. Stay away from these people!

    I've rented from Vegas Getaways on many occasions. Always a different house. Every home we stayed…read morewas very clean. With updated appliances. clean backyards with pools. I will always stay at one of their homes when I need too.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.
