Warm and cozy little coffee shop. They have places to sit and relax. It's a good place to study or hangout with free wi-fi if you purchase something. They also have cute merch for sale. They have a unique menu however they are a bit sweet. I asked for a half sweetened coffee and it was still very sweet for me. Just a heads up for those who don't like overly sugared coffees. They also have a wide selection of milk options (like coconut milk). They also have a bunch of food and beverages to choose from. Service is good. Always a fan of Cutters Point because the ladies who work here are friendly, they have a kind, Christiany ethic so everyone is seems pretty happy in there, they have cozy seating and a fireplace at every location, and their bacon breakfast sandwich is off the charts the best breakfast sandwich at any of there Starbucks type coffee shops. This particular location is weird in that there's parking on one side where the drive through is so that's probably a safe place to park the car since the cashiers have full view of the area. Then there's the other side of the building where you have parking, but it's cut off from the other side by the drive through. Anyway, it's a good place to hang out on a rainy winter's day and you should try their latte with heavy whipping cream. I know that sounds rich, but that's my sister's go to and taste-wise, that drink is heavenly (and with it's richness it will probably send you to heaven sooner if you drink it too much, but it's a nice once in awhile treat.) read more

Their white chocolate mochas are always consistent, and I love the atmosphere of their stores That being said, they often don't listen when I specify decaf (I have a heart condition where I HAVE to limit caffeine) and it's usually crazy crowded at this location. But there seems to have been some significant turnover since the remodel, and it's definitely affected the overall feel of this location. Of the cutters point locations in town, this is my favorite. Full of regular visitors and a friendly staff that remember you and work to build relationships. They have a nice selection of muffins and cookies etc....but not a lot of healthy options. They do offer surprisingly delicious gluten free and vegan snack options which keep me coming back (even though I am a proud meat and gluten eater!) Some weird things that I'm not a huge fan of: 1. Sometimes they don't announce your drink is ready for you to pick up and it can get confusing if more than one drink is on the bar 2. If you order a bagel you have to toast it yourself. I know those are weird complaints but it's just a preference thing for me. They have a very large supply of outlets for people seeking to spend hours working on homework, work or personal interests, and they never make you feel guilty if you stay all day. Great place for quiet cup of coffee/ tea and a tasty pastry. Lots to choose from. My first time there my drink wasn't what I had hoped for. I let them know right away and they cheerfully made a different drink for me at no additional charge!! The drink that tasted so yummy ??? you ask. It was Oregon Chi and yes it was dreamy. I have since returned and bought another Oregon Chi! There's free WiFi and a cozy fireplace. If you have to wait it's not long and well worth it. Prices vary with a tendency to be typical to local coffee/ tea shops. Give them a try I think you'll be pleased. I am amazed by this place. read more

I wouldn't expect to find a coffee shop in this bleak suburban location, but Cutters Point is a really nice one. Lots of natural lights, and it's been busy at the two midday times I've tried it. The menu isn't extensive, and it's not a coffee-snob place; what it is is a nice place to sit with your laptop for a few hours with plenty of power outlets and wifi. Also, if you're a cyclist, the shop is literally across the street from the Woodland Trail, so if you're coming from someplace on the Chehalis-Western Trail, you can ride all the way on bike trails (and there's a bike rack). If you're not a cyclist, there's free off-street parking. Four stars instead of five because the wifi blocks IRC and ssh (two things that I need for work). Also, don't get the iced tea -- it isn't made in advance, but rather, by putting ice in hot tea. That means it tastes like water. read more

They really do a great job at what they do. The coffee is better than most of the other places in Lacey including the chains like starbucks and Dutch brothers. Drip coffee too is well-balanced and very drinkable. Self serve. Good wifi with no password needed. Good pastries, similar to starbucks, but some additional options and better prices. Now, they are not going for the kind of trendy/artsy atmosphere that a place in downtown Oly goes for. That is not what you expect in Lacey. Instead it is a nice, comfortable, unassuming room with a fireplace. Yes, it is somewhat noisy when people are talking loudly, but that is just what you get. Don't plan to hold an important business meeting or conference call here, and the noise won't be an issue. For a casual business chat, it would be just fine. Actually better make that a Cosmo... Order is taken and a real person finally, magically, appears. I ask what pastries they have... Usually not any of the flavors I actually WANT. I finally decided on a pastry I didn't want They ask (but usually don't) if I want that heated. NO, I do not. Receive scalding hot pastry. Receive luke warm coffee/or barely cold depending. Take a drink of said coffee and wonder why there are crumbs in and just what the hell I'm chewing on in my COFFEE. Remember belatedly as usual that in addition to the super sweet syrup that they always add EXTRA sugar to the drinks... Have the receipt board thrust at me like I'm a bother. Leave a $1 tip on a $3.50 drink and wish I hadn't. Leave disappointed and hungry. Let's just say this - When you run a coffee joint, you know must of your business is in the morning. Yes? Totes. SO... Maybe put morning people on the morning shift, not crabby, half dead people, K? And to the sugar? I want my high to be from the caffeine, not the extra crap in the bottom, got it? We go to other Cutters Point locations all the time and we enjoy the coffee but we went through the drive thru and got coffee today and idk what they did to our drinks but it was not drinkable. Something weird happened or someone new made our coffee. We had to go get coffee elsewhere. Really bummed. We will continue to go to Cutters Point but next time we might go in at this location just to make sure everything is tasting great. The service was the only reason I didn't give one star! We live in Jubilee, so it is close to home, is so relaxed and comfortable and is our very favorite place for coffee, [and their almond croissants are fantastic !]...We come here and sit by the fireplace to talk, and sometime play cards, domino's, backgammon, etc. and the staff never bothers us [like..move along when you're coffee is done !]....they totall leave you alone to completely relax. They are solid for coffee, but not great. And their service is hit or miss. That tall blonde woman who works in the morning seems to think the world revolves around her, I've heard her get into arguments on the shop's phone, I've heard her get mouthy with customers, I've heard her talk down to her co-workers.
