My wife and I have been drinking coffee from Olympic Crest for years, and it has easily become our favorite local spot. In fact, it's the only coffee she'll buy for our espresso machine at home, which says a lot. Every time we stop in, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about the people who come through the door, not just the coffee they're serving. The shop itself is always clean, comfortable, and has a really nice atmosphere, which makes it a great place to grab a drink and relax for a few minutes. The quality of their coffee is consistently excellent. Whether we're grabbing a drink to go or picking up grounds for home, it never disappoints. If you're someone who likes supporting local coffee shops and appreciates great coffee made by great people, I definitely recommend giving Olympic Crest a try. Good coffee but honestly was expecting more umph when ordering a dark roast coffee. Good medium roast but lacked the depth that I hoped for when coming here. Did I finish the coffee? Yes. Firstly, the service was fantastic. My girlfriend and I stopped by after getting our cat his vaccine shots, and the staff couldn't have been kinder they even offered him cheese and were incredibly friendly the whole time. As for the coffee, I will say I've also tried lots of cold brews in my coffee era and this one just hit different. Some coffee stands have them super watered down or just taste old. This one is honestly perfect, it's got a really good natural bean taste and the cold brew is not watered down at all. Highly recommend trying this place out! read more

I just LOVE everything about Olympic Crest Coffee and highly recommend it to anyone! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful for your orders and service. They are knowledgeable about what's on the menu and will gladly suggest things to try. The selections they have to chose from are great! The coffee, for one, is excellent! I've had a few different selections - black, mocha, cappuccino, latte - and they are all great. Full flavored and taste lime real coffee (those coffee lovers out there know what I'm talking about). They also have a wide selection of food choices. So far, I've only stuck with the muffin, scone, baked goods sort of things. However, they do have more lunch type items and fuller menu breakfast options that sound great. I would totally try them, but just haven't been that hungry when I've been there. The atmosphere there is great too. With a larger sitting area in the back, it's great for escaping the hustle and bustle of the day or for a little space for the little ones to spread out. Finally, they have a nice selection of coffees and merchandise to purchase. One must stop and frequent Olympic Crest Coffee when in that neck of the woods ... or make a trip there. Decided to go down to Olympia to hang out with a friend one day and wanted to grab coffee. My boyfriend chose a random place as this was his first time in Olympia and found this little gem. It's located across small South Plaza Park on Pacific Ave SE. There's a parking lot with ample parking. They also have a drive thru for customers! I got one of their June special drinks: an iced Lovely Latte which contained pistachio and rose. Interesting combination but suuuuper delicious! I usually choose the wrong drinks when I go to coffee shops but apparently not this time! Didn't think the two would mix well together but it really did! The drink had a light mixture of both rose and pistachio with the latter being a tad stronger. The blend together with the coffee was just perfect! Super fragrant overall. Happy that I was able to come when they were serving this! My boyfriend got a regular latte and regretted not getting it with chai since he wanted some flavoring LOL. But the coffee was very fragrant. If you're feeling adventurous with some amazing flavorings, definitely check out their monthly special drinks which would be posted at the cashier. Based off of a quick visit through the drive through on NYE to get a couple of drinks and a bag of beans- the hazelnut iced breve I got was delicious. Not burnt- smooth rich coffee flavor- no need to cover it up with sugary syrup. The beans are nice and oily and make a fantastic cuppa. The gal working at the window was super duper awesome friendly, fast, accurate and fully clothed which is an A+ in my book... nice family friendly place. Will go in sometime. read more

My favorite of the coffee shops I've tried in the area thus far. They have a fantastic espresso. The food is great as well. I've dined in and gotten take out multiple times, both walk in and drive through. The service is fantastic as well. They offer a variety of teas, energy drinks and coffee. They also sell their own roasted beans. I just bought a bag which I haven't tried yet but if its what they use in store I have high hopes. Prices are also more reasonable than some of the other shops I've frequented in the area. If this was closer to home it'd be a multiple time a week stop for sure. It's somewhat on the way to work so when I'm in the mood and have time I choose here over many other options I pass en route. read more

Everything bagel was served hot and tasted great. Latte was brought out almost as I was seating myself so service was quick on the morning I visited. Cute place with blues and tans. I would love to give this place a good review because it's actually really good coffee. However, I am no longer going to try to go through this place when I have anything else going on. They are so slow! The last THREE time I have been there I have sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with one-two cars ahead of me and ended up leaving without any movements. Highly disappointed in the lack of urgency, especially when people are waiting. The time I have been there just myself the staff seems to be having a conversation and pausing to talk while making orders. I got to Olympic crest ever couple of weeks to get k-cups. Their House blend is delicious, and I'm so glad I discovered them and their k-cups. I love that I can buy them through the drive thru. Love this local coffee place. Bagels are amazing and come in from Seattle. They never get my order wrong and have a drive thru as well. Which is a A+ for me! Sometimes the drive through line is long but it's worth the wait. This is the only place I can get my favorite David Rio iced tiger chai with a really good bagel. Other than that I have to drive all the way to downtown Olympia to get a good bagel and cost me more and go to a separate place for a drink. Such a waste of time when getting good food. Also this place has paninis, muffins, small salads ands their prices are reasonable. It's also across the street from planet fitness so a great pick me up after a workout. read more

I don't usually do drive through but thought I would give it a try. My 8 oz double shot latte was piping hot without being burned. The flavor was delicious. They are using some really great beans here. It would have been perfect if she had remembered the cinnamon I requested. Instead she put it on my husband's latte. He does not like cinnamon. Also she added so much sugar it was under ink able for him so down the drain it went. I would give them another try, but would go into the lobby, and taste my drink to make sure it's right before leaving. And oh yeah, I did not appreciate having to handle their dirty communal iPad. They really need to figure out how to do contactless payment. read more

They even have a cute little book stand if you want to pick a book up for leisure reading at the sitting area. The baristas are super friendly every time. This was my first time here. Unfortunately, it didn't leave a good impression. Let me say first that the barista was very friendly. However, I ordered a ham breakfast burrito and the wait to receive it was an inordinate amount of time. Second, I was given sausage instead, and third, it was packaged very poorly so when I opened it, it fell apart in my lap. I had to dump it in a bowl (pictured). I give this place one star because they are so incredibly rude. I recently moved over here and they are right behind me so I go over there a couple times a week. Every time I go there the experience is poor the baristas are rude they don't smile they don't say thank you. I think the final straw is that I took my son there for his birthday on 4-18. I told the lady that it was my son's birthday and asked for his coffee drink. The look she gave me was complete utter dumbness she acted as if ibram her dog over. So with a condescending voice she says we don't do birthday drinks here. So. I gave it one more chance. I went there this morning and took my mom that she's never been there before and the lady was just completely rude and when I asked her to make a puppa Chino she handed me the lid not a smile. I was initially brought here when Our Table informed me that their house coffee is the espresso blend from Olympic Crest. Hands down, the best coffee I have ever had. I have been coming back, almost weekly for about 1.5 years now. They have such a variety of specials, some super sweet and indulgent while some are much more mild, all of the ones I have tried are delicious BTW. The staff is so sweet and so helpful. I asked Siri "what is a local coffee shop besides Starbucks?" It (of course) obviously said Starbucks on Pacific and College Street as the first answer. Siri is not the brightest. We drove three blocks. I'm from Seattle and am amazed how you can cover .2 miles weaving through parking lots! Nice woman asked if I had a punch card. I did not but do have Govenor's Council twelve times a year in Lacy, so I got one. $4.70 is a standard price for a mocha, and the product was the right temperature. First order placed this morning via UberEats. I was surprised and delighted. Thank you for a lovely breakfast! I figured it was pretty risky ordering a full breakfast as early as I did at a place I've never visited, especially through a third-party courier. Did it anyway, you should too. I had the sausage breakfast burrito, a hemp milk latte + hazelnut, and a cheese danish. The latte and danish were both exceptional. Portions are extremely generous. The burrito was a great size and was served with a side of fresh salsa. Everything tasted like it was made fresh this morning and my meal was so fulfilling. After delivery, my total was less than 15. I love to support mom and pop coffee places and I spotted them as I was on my way to the post office. I ordered a half caff Americano and I like it strong so she put it in an 8 oz cup. If you look at the main building your eye can detect the remnants of a preexisting Dairy Queen in the roof, but when you venture inside you'll find Olympia's smallest coffee roaster. There is a drive-thru (of course, it used to be a Dairy Queen!). I was able to snag free Wi-fi signal; I'm not sure if it's the roaster's or a neighbor's. The service is warm, friendly & sincere. Come inside and enjoy a comfortable coach or chair in the lounge. Another unique coffee house in Olympia. You can see the computerized roasting equipment located in the front addition with it's ample windows for a sneak view of the art of roasting beans. You can even order your own batch of private label coffee beans for 1pm Christmas presents. I did it once and it was the gift I wish I hot instead of that tie. read more
