I was told me that it possibly could be the oil cap or something wasn't put on correctly or tightened. It seems like the oil leak had stopped. I guess it completely leaked out all of the oil that was put in or if any was put in at all. my car was shaking one day and broke down. I took it into a shop of a trusted person that I know and they said the oil pan was busted and there is 0 oil in the car. This was a week after my oil change. I was like OK go ahead and fix it. He said it's gonna be $1300. Now I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or if it's something that happened at take five I wanted to call and tell them about it, but I don't think anyone's gonna care or give me my money back. I'm not sure what has changed since the past two times that I've gone there, but it hasn't been good. This was a major unexpected cost.

I had an oil leak following a recent oil change from here. Most places would charge you to solve the problem, but they fixed it for me without asking me for more money. The gentlemen here were so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to go over everything with me. They taught me about tires and the appropriate tread you need and when you know it's time for a change. Well, mine were way overdue to the point that there was barely any tread left, and this could likely cause me to hydroplane more easily on a rainy day. I am always skeptical when getting my car serviced, especially showing up by myself, but the staff here made me feel so confident in what they were advising and made sure to discuss it in detail with me and show me on my car before letting me make my final decision. The tires I needed were luckily in stock, and I even checked the price of the tires online and confirmed that they were not overcharging me in any way. I was in and out of there within an hour or so, and I will definitely be back for future services!

I recently purchased some replacement windshield wipers but had difficulty removing the old ones. I spoke with Eric, whom I've dealt with in the past, and he's always nice, upbeat and a straight shooter - no bs! Mentioned I had a simple service issue regarding the wipers. He told me to come in and I was there all of 5 minutes before he handed me back the keys with the new wipers affixed and NO CHARGE!
