I contacted AAA twice, and both times, they confirmed the problem was not with the battery but the alternator. Contrary to what Five Forks later claimed, AAA never installed a battery in my vehicle they only provided jump starts. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to a certified Dodge dealership, where a full inspection revealed the alternator had been improperly installed. According to their official report, this incorrect installation caused significant damage, including failure of the fuse box and unnecessary battery drain. As a result of this negligent repair, I incurred over $3,000 in losses including: Unnecessary parts (over $300 worth) purchased based on misdiagnosis Rental vehicle expenses Lost wages Additional repair costs to fix what Five Forks should have done right the first time I provided all documentation to the shop including Dodge's findings and a video showing the issue and gave them an opportunity to resolve this fairly. Instead of owning the mistake, they tried to deflect blame to AAA, despite clear evidence to the contrary. This has been a frustrating and financially draining experience. I am now pursuing legal remedies, including small claims court, due to the lack of accountability and proper customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. When something goes wrong, you deserve a mechanic who stands by their work not one who blames other parties and leaves you to deal with the damage!
