We even got an extremely competitive price for a bigger bus compared to others in the area. (Which I will admit initially made me nervous!) The coordination leading up was very straight forward. Payment terms were very reasonable. The day of went PERFECTLY! Our bus driver, Ceaser showed up 15 minutes earlier than I expected. He was very friendly and polite. Once our guest started showing up, he was very personable and helped everyone with luggage that they had. And the bus was in amazing shape. Top of the line amenities, comfy seats, great air flow, and super clean. There were a few amenities we did not take advantage of but I'm sure they were great too! I hope this review helps you! The bus was pretty nice, Mark is the owner of his company and also the driver. Mark arrived at my house 20 mins before my scheduled departure time and was ready at the venue to bring as all back. He had the bus stocked with water and ice in 3 compartments. Not needing anyone to drive back , allowed everyone to have a good time without any worries. Their pricing was also much more affordable than other companies we looked at, so booking with them was an easy decision. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. Convenient, free shuttle that runs in a loop around Mountain View and stops close to just about…read moreanywhere you might want to go. You can take it clockwise (gray route) or counterclockwise (red route). The shuttle is clean and spacious and has free wifi; when I rode it on a Saturday, it was pretty empty. Its weekday hours were also recently expanded to 7am to 7pm, making it a viable work commute option. You can even track it live via a website or phone app (I haven't tried the app), which makes catching the shuttle a breeze. I did notice both times I rode the shuttle that there was an incident of someone shouting at the driver to stop because they needed to get off, but it was hard to tell whether the driver had missed their stop request or they had tried to get off somewhere that wasn't a stop.

I am not from Mountain View but this cute little shuttle does great magic for people who are native to the area. People of all ages ride this. There was one time where it can be full of young people who want to save gas on getting around their city of residence. Other times it's a mix of people from age 4 to 85 that want to go to the doctors, San Antonio Shopping Center or a random Starbucks. On Saturdays it can go near Shoreline so if you are biking near the VTA bus yard this bus can be your resting area thanks to their bike racks. I live in a low-income area of San Jose and are really jealous that nothing like this exists near where I live. I wish it did so I could save money on gas. Note: We are still in a pandemic so please wear a mask. Staff here wear masks and seating is limited so continue to social distance.

Day of the trip, the buses don't show up. I called Victor, he picks up and says he will check on the drivers. Then radio silence since. I called another 18 times from multiple different phone numbers. I sent emails and called our previous bus drivers from this company trying to reach anyone. We spent hundreds of dollars on food, event registration, and over 300 man hours preparing for this event, and they don't even have the decent to call back saying that they don't have a driver or they can't make it. We waited for hours before finally giving up and sending everyone home.

The driver was amazing on the intercom his voice was clear, energetic and very pleasant. The mid way pit stop was also a great choice and and the 30 minutes was more then enough time for me. Now this is my 2nd time using this brand and the first try was not the same. The first experience the bus was a 1 story and tight. The 2nd bus experience during this visit was the double decker. If this was or could be the consistent experience then, 100% would recommend giving it a try. 1 tip Bring a jacket or 2 jackets with *hoods. Why because even though the bus was clean... you never know. The good will make feel more comfortable and safe to put your head back on the seat (knowing your head and hair are safe).2nd tip is bring sanitizer wipes... I don't but it's probably worth it to have them when going into bathrooms and touching doors.

However, tonight's experience totally changes my overall experience with Megabus. I'm writing this at 5am waiting for the next bus back home to San Jose. I got a Service Alert email after I booked my ticket from Anaheim to San Jose on Friday, 1/18. The email said the bus would have delays up to an hour due to operational issues which is weird to get it the day before. I didn't think much of it because bus delays happens. It was supposed to depart Saturday, 1/19 at 10:20pm. They email us 17 minutes later that the bus has been canceled. Another Megabus driver had to tell us the overnight bus going back to the Bay Area was canceled. If they knew beforehand these delays would cause a cancelation they should let the customer know so they can change to an earlier trip. Or have another bus. You have a lot of passengers going to San Jose & San Francisco! So now I'm stuck in Anaheim almost 11 more hours after I was supposed to go home because the next available bus departs at 9:05am. Yes they offer refunds or exchange for a rescheduled trip. But this inconvenience they caused could have been prevented if they had better communication and a backup bus if there are operational/mechanical issues. I'm supposed to be at work in the morning but I have to call out so thanks Megabus for making me lose a day's worth of pay! Update: I took the bus departing after 7am from LA Union Station and they charged me $5 to take the earlier bus.

Umbrella Bus barely got our passengers from Point A to Point B, did not do so efficiently, and arguably didn't do it terribly safely. We booked Umbrella for a 54-passenger shuttle to transport wedding guests from our wedding hotel to our ceremony venue, and then from the ceremony venue to the reception venue ($1050 total). I confirmed this itinerary with their staff by email and phone several times (at least three), because they kept sending me invoices that only showed a partial itinerary, but they assured me that they had the correct itinerary written down and would read off the correct itinerary on the phone when I called. On the first trip, the bus driver got the bottom of the bus stuck on a steep hill, rendering it unable to move. Guests had to walk nearly a quarter mile from where the bus got stuck to the ceremony site. The bus was also blocking the entrance to the park where the ceremony was held, meaning that park visitors and several wedding guests who were behind it were severely delayed in getting into the park. We had a couple of guests who missed some of the wedding ceremony because the bus blocked the entrance for so long. It would've been 3.5 stars if only for this, since it wasn't 100% the driver's fault, though he should really have known what the buses he drives are able to handle. On the second trip, though, despite me confirming the destinations in the itinerary with Umbrella MULTIPLE TIMES, the driver had somehow been given the wrong destination by their dispatch, and took guests back to the hotel instead of to the wedding reception venue. My family members had to argue with the driver, who insisted that he'd been told to take everyone back to the hotel, and "I'm only doing two trips, how will people get back to the hotel?" but he eventually relented and took everyone to the reception instead, but meant that most of the guests were delayed by quite a bit in getting to the reception. This definitely wasn't the driver's fault though, and was clearly the fault of the company/dispatch. He did eventually take the guests where they needed to go, which we appreciate.

Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

So, I used the app to get a quote since I thought my vacuum needed a tune-up and maybe a broken agitator belt fixed. His price was super reasonable. Here's the thing-- no storefront. Victor actually picks up and delivers your vacuum. He grabbed mine the next day (Monday) and had it back to me by Sunday. When he picks it up, there's no invoice or prepayment -- just the honor system. If you're skeptical, you might worry you'll never see your vacuum again, but Victor keeps you updated via IM the whole time until he shows up with your like-new vacuum. I've got three vacuums, so I'm pretty sure I'll be calling him again. I'm sharing this mostly for anyone who "doesn't have a guy" and might only need vacuum repair once in a while. Oh, and I think he also does sewing machines and small stand mixers too! Highly recommend!

Disappointing Refund Experience I recently had a rather frustrating experience with their refund process, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. I made a purchase on July 2023 for the bus ride. Unfortunately, due to I needed a 50 seats insteadofthe 28 seats, and I paid for the 28 seats, they didn't allow to let me to pay the differencefor the 50 seats, want me to pay the full amount instead, and I needed to request a refund. The issues began when I initiated the refund process. Despite their stated policy of processing refunds within 7 days, I experienced a significant delay. until today, I haven't gotten the refund yet, which left me feeling quite frustrated and inconvenienced. Moreover, the communication throughout this process was severely lacking. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times for updates but received vague and generic responses that did little to address my concerns. each time I called, she said she would reach out to their accounting and call me back, but it's never happened. I would suggest that [Company Name] seriously consider reevaluating their refund process. Clearer communication and timely processing are imperative to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Great experience! We hired Quality Assurance Travel to take our group from Santa Cruz to a SF Giants game at Oracle park. We booked a 15 passenger van with Elena but received a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a super sleek 26 passenger van which allowed us to take an extra person. It looked brand new, was really comfortable, super clean, had air conditioning, USB ports and outlets on seats, and large windows for great views. Robert was our driver, he was excellent and very friendly and arrived on time. We felt like an old friend came to pick us up! We brought our own food and drinks on board and had a really nice drive up, Robert even made a quick bathroom stop since it was right off the freeway. We arrived on time, but because COVID restrictions were just starting to ease and there was a lot of construction near the ballpark, we choose to pay for parking so we would know where the bus was at the end of the game (parking was steep at $80 since it was an oversize vehicle). When the epic game ended with a grand slam win, I texted Robert and he was waiting for us when we got back. We had such a good time, we plan hope to make it an annual event and would definitely use QAT again. read more

Extremely satisfied!!! We used Quality Assurance Travel for our church event that started on Friday and ended on Sunday. since we started the quoting process James in Sales was extremely helpful and price was excellent ( i quoted 4 other companies and they had the best price). once we decided to go with them they help us with the booking process and got confirmation and receipts the same day... also got an email the week before the trip confirming everything. the week of the trip we had a last minute change in our schedule and had to change the pick up hour... Cora accommodated our change without out any problem. The day of the trip they arrived 15 minutes before schedule and our driver was excellent, very professional and kind with the passengers, everybody loved him... we also were impressed with the Bus and the condition that it was (very clean and very confortable ride)... as you can see we are really happy with their service and will continue to use them in our church events. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with Quality Assurance Travel. Elena and Blanca were very responsive and communicative with me throughout our planning. I appreciated their patience and flexibility as I created a schedule for our five-day overnight trip for 30+ students and chaperones. The bus was really clean and spacious. Our driver, Javier Moreno, was a pleasure to work with! He is a great and reliable driver and navigator. He helped us find parking and navigate difficult routes (even in large and congested cities like Los Angeles), which helped ease our stress. He was always on time and very communicative. I had the pleasure of traveling with Roni, one of the drivers from Quality Assurance Travel, on a trip from Sunnyvale to Kirkwood Ski Resort, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Roni was incredibly approachable and not only provided excellent service to all the customers, but also went out of his way to help his teammates with positive energy throughout the entire trip. I unfortunately suffered from motion sickness, but Roni was very proactive in assisting me. He kindly offered me a seat in the front and even provided Dramamine tablets to help ease my discomfort. We took a multi stop trip to the central valley for Olive Oil tasting at Sciabica's, Cheese Tasting at Hilmar's and Stewart and Jasper's Almond Farm. It was a long day from 7am to 6pm starting and returning to San Jose. It couldn't have gone better. The venues all worked out really well giving our riders a memorable experience. The bus from Quality Assurance Travel was clean and comfortable. Our bus driver Bikram was the best. He was on time and helped people on and off the bus. He was willing to share some of his history with us and we got to know him a little. Mostly, his driving made us all feel safe and confident in traveling with him. The staff at Quality Assurance Travel was friendly and professional and accommodated our late reservation request at short notice, special thanks to Elena from QAT. Amazing service! Our driver "Moy" was early to pick us up and shared with us all of the features of the (36 passenger) bus. First of all, that bus looked classy, all black and fit for our group's daytrip from San Jose to San Francisco. Moy was courteous and offered up DVD's, music and the connection for our iPod for the trip. We were dropped off at our destinations on time and were picked up promptly at the end of our day. He stayed in contact with us via phone to make sure we didn't miss him, since as most of you know, parking in SF can be impossible at times. I've been using Quality Assurance for over 7 years. They are my choice when my family of over 14 and growing needs to get to and from the airport. Their drivers are always early, and buses are clean and ready to roll. The buses also have charging ports for my kids to charge up their various electronic devices while we get to our destination. According to the attendees to this event everything was as planned: the bus was here at time, the pick up was as planned, the driver was so nice and helpful. The service was amazing. The most important thing to me is the fact that the driver was so safe, I never felt uncomfortable with his driving (which never happens in charter busses). It was a relief to not have to stress about it the whole drive. The driver was also very friendly, he talked to us all and joked and really made the trip fun when we should have been bored out of our minds on the bus. QTA made our trip to San Francisco even better, and they really were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Highly recommend Quality Assurance Travel. We had a large corporate group going from San Jose to Santa Cruz (and return trip) with some very detailed drop off instructions and multiple departing times. Art at QAT worked with us and helped make it happen. Also, he was very responsive and flexible with our multiple time changes. Recently used Quality Assurance on 3 different occasions for a group of friends traveling together. Their drivers were friendly, knowledgeable of the area and professional. Vans and buses were all clean and in excellent shape. They went out of their way to accommodate our group when we had flights running late coming into San Francisco, even went out of their way to help us find a store where we needed to pick up some items on the way to our hotel. Quality Assurance treated my group and I so well. We had a great trip with very few difficulties. Although it was not perfect, I don't think the trip could have gone much better. Javier, our driver, was extremely kind and he was always doing his best to make the trip more comfortable. We arrived late but that was because of traffic. We reached out to Art and his team to help move a few hundred construction workers from a temp parking lot to jobsite. They were definitely one of the larger expenses, ending up at $9,300 for those vans. However, they did the job! My only complaints were that, despite doing a dry run of the venue before the day of, they did get lost on the way to the venue with our guests. While this is not a huge deal and they did find their way eventually, for this pricepoint I expected closer to perfection. Additionally, despite needing to stay at the pickup location until 3:15pm, they left early, which wasn't ideal for the timing of our event. That being said, overall positive experience and was thrilled to have a company able to solve the logistics needed for our event!
