Made an appointment weeks out, showed up on time. Only one employee was there and claimed no one else showed up that day. Supposed to get two vehicles cleaned and ended up getting 1/2 of one done because they claimed their equipment flooded. Basically wasted a whole Monday due to their inability to maintain a schedule or follow through with the job. read more

Terrible, went in for a quarter panel... messed up not once but twice and scratched my tint on a perfectly good window. Tint doesn't even match either. Going to cost me more now that I have to go somewhere else to get 2 windows tinted. read more

Wow where to begin....Took our 2023 Camry here to get windows tinted. Besides the overwhelming odor of burnt marijuana as you enter the lobby it seemed like a good place, with great reviews. We chose the ceramic tint after a brief demo from the owner. We left the vehicle and was called later that day asking if he could keep it another day. We did and he called saying he would drop it off at my wife's work. Once dropped off, massive bubbles. He said it will settle and to be patient. 3 weeks passed and same massive bubbles and lint underneath the back window. He said nothings perfect and the lint is causing issues. We took it back and he fixed it. Again more lint on the back windows which he said would settle. 4 times later, he said "maybe you are just to anal." Yes - I am. With a lot of bubbles and lint in window tint that's uncalled for. He said if it was a lambo or Ferrari he would put it in a paint tent so no lint. Still charged me $600 for the service. Finally he had me leave it again over night as he worked on it. Later the next day he asked if he could take the back deck off to access the window better because it's a Camry and super hard to do. I said no. No panels need removed. I will come get it and just refund me. He said he will make it right and would try another time. A few hours later he called back saying ok I can come get it. I did and saw no bubbles or tint. Once we got home, noticed the door panels were removed and not put back in properly. He denied doing this. Took to dealer who said yes the panels were removed and they could fix it. Brought it up to owner who adamantly denied but said he would pay for it. Took back to dealer they fixed it and the owner reluctantly paid for it. He said he wants to make it right by redoing the windows and paying for the damage even though they didn't cause it. I said yes he 100% caused it and he didn't do anything extra except fix what he messed up. This place is horrible. It took 3 months to get this fixed and the door panels still are slightly amiss due to him taking them off. Save yourself some headache and choose another shop. Plenty of them out there, this is not the one!! read more

Had window tint and interior detail. Tint came out great, the interior detail, not so much. Seats didn't come clean, windshield was smeary, lots of dirt left in cracks and crevices, wasn't really a detail. I spent about an hour the next the day detailing their "detail", definitely won't be going back read more

I bought one of the Half Price Oregon certificates they had for a full detail, which in the details of their own advertisement said it would include the "3-step exterior buffing process." I drop off my truck and am told it will be done by 5pm. Well I get there at 5:30, its still not done but they are working at it. I look at an area that I was anxious to see get buffed as it had some scratches that drove me nuts, and looked the same, it was clean as they washed it good but did not buff it or do their 3 step process. I asked him about the spot and he said, yeah we did what we could but it would take our 3-step buffing to get that out. I asked why they didn't do that to which he said "Its not included." I let him continue working on the wheels and tires and pulled up their own advertisement and showed it to him. He agreed they were supposed to do the entire buff as it wason their. I ended up having to bring it back a few days later for the buffing job. I will say everything turned out good and they did good work once it was all done but don't like that they didn't do what they needed to the first time and no other concessions for the extra day that I was without my vehicle. They do good work overall but make sure you get what you pay for or what is promised. I will likely not go back to them. read more
