This place is a joke. I dropped my car off to get the windows tinted. after 4 hours they called to tell me they can't cut the film around my windows because I have a landau top. Fair enough. So I rescheduled and arrived with someone who has the same car (no top) and this time their cutter was broke. Ok fine, things happen. So I rescheduled again and the day before the appointment they call and tell me they don't want to touch my car. Thanks for wasting my time No Limitz. read more

Even though I'm an adult he suggested I bring my father in so they can handle the business. Just because I'm a girl does not mean I am clueless about cars. This Business has changed ownership 3 times in the last 2 years and the second owner Brad is a dishonest Business Man,He is Misrepresenting himself as still the owner of Limitz window tinting! Brads phone number still shows up on Google,Yelp,and FB!! as the Owner,If you see the no.503-999-0817 DON'T call it! You will get screwed and ripped off!!! He picked up my car,said it would be done in 3-4hrs and it took almost 8hrs and Brad returned it with the Job incomplete and now I can't reach him to finish the job!!! Also he will tell you he can only take $Cash$ because his credit card machine is broken! His wife is in on this scam also,so be aware don't get Screwed Over!!! Horrible service/ripoff. I have worked in the auto repair business for years. I bought a pair of 8000k HID headlights and 300k fog lights . I wanted them to install them because my schedule was full. They installed them both. Later on my driver side headlight ballast blew and the bulb burnt out and my passenger side fog light fell out of the fog light housing and melted half of the housing. I took it back to have them fix it. They told me that it had to have been the other shop I took it to to get my radiator replaced. They then informed me that the clip to hold my driver's side headlight was broken so therefore it wasn't their fault. I went home and looked at the system myself and found out the ballast was corroded and had broken the power clips that connect to the ballast. I called them and told them what I had found. And they told me that I was wrong, made me feel like I was an idiot and told me that I had to buy a whole new wiring harness, HID kit and bulbs. They had destroyed everything because it was obvious that they are very inexperienced with the work they offer. They also always told me that they were giving me an amazing deal, when they weren't. I then took my car to a well known auto electronics store in Beaverton and they installed a brand new kit for $165 and told me that my wiring harness had been destroyed due to the way the previous kit was installed. My girlfriend also went to No Limitz and they charged her $400 to install HID headlights, assuring her that they were giving her an awesome deal. Never go here. Horrible customer service, rude, inexperienced, and a ripoff. read more
