The counter staff were VERY slow, we stood there for 15 minutes waiting for a CSR to open up. Next it is HUGE expensive. They charge 40 an hour per lane and 4 bucks each for shoe rental. They didn't spray the shoes. So you can expect for a family of four one hour of bowling to cost you almost 80 bucks. Next up it's dark in there like midnight bowling in the afternoon dark. The lane beds are all jammed together so there is very little room between bowlers and the pit area is just a sideways couch so you can't really see what's happening on the lane. There is no room at all in the pit just jammed in with the other people. They scrimped on the building size and just put as many lanes in as they could. This is not what you are used to at other bowling alleys. Don't leave your boots or shoes where they want you to at the front, we did and our lane shoes got wet. When we were leaving someone was complaining that their boots were stolen. This isn't a "real" bowling alley, you couldn't have leagues here in my opinion.

Dim the lights, turn up the game and encourage the customers to get comfortable and spend money. You are the best sports bar, let's go back to that status.
