It makes a huge difference when the head coach (Tiko) is kinesiology educated and brings real science to everyday training. Coach George and Tiko drive positive gym culture by leading by example. Everyone who steps into Thruline is met with an intense training atmosphere, but always a warm welcome. However, it's not just the coaches. The students are a massive part of making day-to-day training worthwhile (and safe).
