The pool is heavenly but heavily chlorinated. The spa is usually filled with old men unless you get there early. If you want it to yourself you need to get there before 10am. I purchased a large package of personal training sessions worth thousands of dollars. My trainer left the company, and after that, nobody at Crunch bothered to reassign me to a new trainer. No phone call. No text. No email. Nothing. I sat there with hundreds of dollars in prepaid sessions that I couldn't use because the gym never assigned me another trainer. When I finally went in to cancel my membership, the manager didn't even realize I still had training sessions remaining until I brought them up myself. His response was that they were going to expire. How exactly was I supposed to use them when your staff never assigned me a trainer? To make matters worse, I submitted feedback through the Crunch website and completed the customer survey I was sent. It specifically said someone would follow up with me. Nobody ever did. I got ripped off for roughly $500 worth of training sessions. This wasn't just poor customer service. It was a complete failure of management and accountability.
