Then he also said I would need to have a brand new chimney cap. I asked him if he would look at mine first, the screen was pushed back. He was very condescending, told me he had been doing this for 20 years, he knew sight unseen I needed a new one. He said cant repair it, it is a fire hazard. I called the chimney sweep who did it for 100!!! Removed a ginormous racoon and resecured the screen on my custom made chimney cap. Don't jump on this company, it is a rip off.
