Only one car ahead of us at arrival. More people came in after us, of course. everyone else was…read moreserved ahead of us. I'm not sure if it's because we have an old car, but I felt undervalued. We were there about 2 hours for ONE tire. Just one. Meanwhile, I watched other customers get waited on like they were more important than us. The cars getting the most tires get worked on first, regardless of what time you get there apparently. The workers were friendly and upbeat, which is amazing in this heat. We did get a good deal on a used tire, but I prefer Bryan's Tires in Hudson because they are MUCH faster.

Literally spoke to them 15 minutes prior getting them to confirm they would take the paper quote from a competitor 5 mins away if I came there instead - drove here with a tire out of air just for them to straight lie on the phone to me and then try to say it needs to be $100 more than the price matched quote that I have from a normal tire shop right down the road . I even got a second quote from Dimmitt on the phone incase they wanted a second one that was within $20 of the paper quote I had in my hand - but magically they all of a sudden can only price match $100 over the quote I had - that isn't price matching and that's not what you told me on the phone. Dishonest business and poor way to treat a new customer that moved nearby and would of come repetitively - or at least you could of been honest and saved both of our time and I wouldn't of brought a quote after being told you'd price match it

I was at my Pastor's home picking up some packages that were delivered while they are gone. For some odd reason I put my keys on the lid of the bed of the truck. I lifted the lid and before I could react, I heard the keys slide between the bed and cab of the truck. I couldn't see them on the ground or anywhere. I had a friend come get me so I could get my spare keys, and I went to Mavis to see if they could put it up on the lift and see if they could find them. Kamron and Eric both looked and finally reached up and felt around and sure enough there they were!!!!! I want to say thank you so much to these 2 guys and their great business for helping me out.
