I…read morepick my truck up and when I got home as you can see from the photos the oil was leaking all over my driveway. I had to have the truck towed back to their shop, at my expense . When I called the shop and spoke to Adam he said he would take care of it. Mind you they charged my $299 last year to do an oil pan seal. I call Adam and he wants to charge me for a new oil pan, of which they damaged when they did the oil change. I told him about the damage to my driveway and he never offered to do anything about it. The best he could do was charge me $139 for an oil pan. He claims it wasn't their fault. He then tries to tell my that I need all this other work done in order for him to do an alignment on my truck. The price on that work was $3300.00. Mind you my truck only has 64,000 miles on it. I paid for the oil pan and told him I'll have to think about it. I then take my truck to a highly respected shop for another opinion. Guess what, they could do the work for $540. This guy is a rip off. Do not trust him for any of your work. Consumer beware!!!!!

I've since gone back there since after Alan has retired and I don't find the same quality of service. I bought four brand new tires and had an alignment. It pulls one side when you step on the brakes and has a little bouncing one of the other tires. I did mention it to them and they said bring it back. They check it out I have not. So that's on me. I for one wish Allen would come back and should not be allowed to retire. Also, why they changed all four tires I would assume that they would notice the rubber bumpers on the lower A-frame were broken and needed to be replaced. But apparently they're not as thorough as they once were I must've told 100 people to come here that it was a safe place to come and get quality work done at a reasonable price. Now I don't feel that way and I feel bad that I told that many people.

I paid for an alignment out-of-pocket, which was fine. Well here it is eight months laterthe back tires are so worn out the steel is coming through the tire. The owner Jonathan tried to tell me it was because I did not rotate the tires within the eight months. Well. He should know because he put on the tires that you cannot rotate the tires on that sports car because they're different sizes the back and the front he then told me it would be under warranty. I bring the car three hours later. He calls to tell me that I would have to pay half the money I said no thank you I will take it somewhere else. Lo and behold before I call the home office, he decided to change them out for me. If you're a woman beware this place is a scam for woman. Another person would've said sure I'll pay for it when the tires are defective. I hope as a community business they do better. Even if these tires are defective, I will not be going back. I do have the number of the CEO and that's who I will be calling.

I don't feel it's necessary or even required to do business for a vehicle that was not staying in their parking lot for more than 45 mins. Again the service was good the people were knowledgeable in their trade, but I don't think it's necessary for all the info. To the owner your staff and location are great. The iPad asking all these questions should be reconsidered for jobs less than 100 bucks. Mine was less than $40.

Another customer came and left with a tyre while I was still waiting. During this time, the staff did not address the tyre issue. Instead, they focused on inspecting and attempting to upsell me on known pre-existing maintenance issues, without my knowledge. All I had was a slow leak! After the extended wait, the only information provided was that the tyre could not be fixed. Crucially, no replacement tyre was offered, nor was there any explanation provided for why another tyre could not be offered. I left the shop after 6:00 PM. They only thing they did was change out the leaking tyre for my donut. The lack of service and removal of the wrong tyre and the aggressive upselling tactics resulted in a total waste of my time. I request clarification regarding your service priorities and why a replacement tyre option was not presented.

Fair prices, (which isn't always what many are finding out) and turnaround time is excellent. My car is a 2003 and it's a comfort knowing they help keep it in good running condition.
