He fixed the stove--just cut the wire going to the back light. I covered each wire end with the rubber ending so no shock. Fred ordered the toilet part, called me one day to come and fix it but I was at the doctor's and he never called back. This was at the end of July, 2026. I have called him every week to come and complete the job but now he is avoiding my phone calls. When Craig worked for me, he always came finished the job. I am very disappointed. If Fred wants to help Craig start building his business, he needs to start by completing the mobile jobs he was still working on.i just hope Fred does not run Craig and Camper's Keeper's Business into the ground Craig does not deserve that. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond.
