Sifu is certified in various styles even with a 6th degree in jui jitsu and has judged in the UFC. Currently the schedule is not finalized but the draft for the schedule is in place. Circuit training will likely be on Fridays. There is good cardio work in his Muay Thai classes as well. He also has a kali class which is teaching stick fighting. Right now adult classes start at 5pm. Kids would be 4pm. There are morning classes scheduled for given days. Schedule may change seeing the school just opened and he will adjust it according to the students. Classes right now are $80/month for 3-4 classes a week. The classes are typically an hour long each. Glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, and traps transformed going and training here, it transformed me like nothing else has in my life, if your on the fence or have never tried fighting in your life please just go, all the coaches are extremly friendly and understand excatly where to take you from a complete beginner, and nurture you into becoming a master, id like to say they have my upmost respect and praise as im doing very well in my life as of writing this, a complete 180 as to what i went through last year.
