Sifu is certified in various styles even with a 6th degree in jui jitsu and has judged in the UFC. Currently the schedule is not finalized but the draft for the schedule is in place. Circuit training will likely be on Fridays. There is good cardio work in his Muay Thai classes as well. He also has a kali class which is teaching stick fighting. Right now adult classes start at 5pm. Kids would be 4pm. There are morning classes scheduled for given days. Schedule may change seeing the school just opened and he will adjust it according to the students. Classes right now are $80/month for 3-4 classes a week. The classes are typically an hour long each. It's a really good deal. He teaches himself. He doesnt have an assistant teaching his classes which seems to be common for other schools in town...

i started the new years probably at the lowest point in my life after going through the worst year…read morei had ever experienced in 2025, but i told myself i truly wanted to learn fighting specifically muy thai, as i was already heavily into fitness and becoming a master of my body, i started a free trial on the second of January showed up and my body was crazy tense and i was incrediby uncordinated as ive never played a sport before, I just knew weight training. fast forward two months the level of my body cordination as well as muscularity in my body has blossomed ive never felt more powerful in my entire life, going here would boost my confidence to new levels i didnt even know existed for me as i was already a confident person, i even learned stretches i didnt even know existed and became a lot more well versed in using my whole body. Glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, and traps transformed going and training here, it transformed me like nothing else has in my life, if your on the fence or have never tried fighting in your life please just go, all the coaches are extremly friendly and understand excatly where to take you from a complete beginner, and nurture you into becoming a master, id like to say they have my upmost respect and praise as im doing very well in my life as of writing this, a complete 180 as to what i went through last year. It has every Muay Thai tool available from long bags, short bags, speed bags, tires and much much more. The real kicker is the awesome ring. It really gives me a feel for what it would be like to prep for a promotion or an event. The training in the ring also gives you an opportunity to learn what to do and more specifically for me what not do in the ring during a real promotion. The whole atmosphere makes me feel at ease and ready to practice. Kenny is a very knowledgeable, educated, and experienced Athlete/Coach. I have never once felt not ready or rushed and he definitely knows how to spot a client's teachable moments. Working on speed is a hard thing for me but Kenny makes the classes and trainings flow. The kids in my family have not yet joined me at Brigada Elite but I am excited to introduce them to the facility, training, atmosphere, and Coaches.
