The safety chain was a little tight because we never measured my hand but it was done and I finally had my bracelet. Then I asked if I would get a discount because he held my bracelet hostage for so long. He became very angry with me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. So I did but not before I promised him I would let as many people as possible know what terrible customer service he had. Do not go to this store. The quality was fine but don't questions work ethic, or lack there of, or you might hurt his feelings and he will tell you not to step foot in his store again. And that's is fine by me!!
