The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out. Sometimes same day, or a few days later, depending on the situation. I will definitely call Brent again when I have plumbing problems that need to be fixed.

First one resolved and cleaned up by ourself and not the tech. 2nd flooding incident, caused damage to our basement wall, ceiling and carpet. After being to the companies attention only to be told that there is no paper trail of their tech working on the stuck valve and that he "forgot" to add it on there. After an entire day of trying to resolve the issue and finally getting the owner to give us a call, just to be completely unprofessional, disrespectful and end the phone call with we're not taking responsibility and hanging up. Complete embarrassment of a company, a joke at best, lousy ownership and office personnel! Shame on you!

Yes, I approved the estimate and the work was done properly, but was shocked at the price and in a bind. I should have said No. These large companies with fleets of vehicles have a lot of overhead and mouths to feed. Item codes are used to bid a job versus the actual parts/labor is really takes. My simple P-trap repair? $150.00 -- 20 minutes of time and the plumber was already here doing other work. The next time we need a plumber, we're supporting the small independent guys.
