When we asked if we would receive a text when our booth was ready, Victoria responded sarcastically, saying, "You think I can text all these numbers on this list? There's no way to do that." That level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. After waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time with no clear communication or plan, we decided to leave. The lack of organization, poor communication, and rude service made for a very off-putting experience--especially on a holiday. Unfortunately, this experience has made us very hesitant to return.

Our server took my plate back to the kitchen and I also requested a slice of tomato. I found the veggie burger very bland but edible. The fries were plentiful but I only ate a couple. Nobody raved about the food but I didn't hear any complaints either. A lot of our group took home leftovers. When the checks came, we learned that 22% gratuity had been added to each check because we were a large table. I also learned that the cheese for my veggie burger had an upcharge of .99 for the cheese and.50 for the ranch dressing. We enjoyed our discussion and socializing in a nice ambiance. From start to finish, the experience was top-tier! We began with dinner in downtown Toledo, then headed up to a cigar lounge in Dearborn, Michigan -- and the ride itself was just as enjoyable as the destinations. The owner, Dennis Hopson, was incredibly welcoming to all of my guests. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The lounge itself is immaculate -- leather seating that's both stylish and super comfortable, and a ventilation system that's truly impressive. Even guests who didn't smoke were amazed that the air stayed so fresh and the smoke didn't bother them at all. The sound system was fabulous, adding the perfect vibe to our night out. There were plenty of standing ashtrays, and Dennis provided cups, napkins, and ice -- he even helped every lady on and off the mobile lounge at each stop. Everything was spotless, organized, and elevated. Every guest had something wonderful to say about the experience -- it was pure luxury on wheels!
