Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and priced right! Eben looked at my chimney while I wasn't home, found that it was mostly in great shape and the one thing that wasn't perfect didn't need replacing because the masonry was solid and the gasses were going to the right place. My chimney needed some repair work, and I called Eben, "Black Jack." He responded promptly and showed up right when he said he would to review the problem and give me a quote. He looked the part too, top hat and all! He explained the problem and the fix, and he did the work at the quoted price, no overages.
