Every. Single. Bag. WAS STALE!!! Dill pickle flavor was extra salty and lacked an actual pickle flavor. Obviously it wasn't a fluke on the stale-ness since all 3 bags were stale. There was no sale by or packaged date on the bags so I honestly can't say how fresh the popcorn was supposed to be. They also don't have a public restroom....even if your toddler is requesting a "potty".

Inside, there are several display racks, each featuring three types of popcorn in the various sizes. I also noticed that they do party arrangements. I was greeted and the employee shared some information about their ingredients origination (all central Indiana) and about their programs. I picked up three kinds and they were delicious. I liked that there was room to move around the shop without feeling crowded. However, I didn't see as many flavor options as some of the other popcorn shops in central Indiana, particularly their closest competitor in Edinburgh's "Not Just Popcorn" (located in downtown Edinburgh, not the outlet mall.) The bigger disappointment was my bag of Chicago mix (cheddar and caramel) seemed different. Instead of two separate flavors in the same bag each piece was caramel but shaken up in cheddar flavor. The same employee is usually working when I've been in and she is always SO friendly! The flavors they have are butter (which they said they use real butter) cheddar (again they said real cheese) Oreo (real pieces of Oreo) caramel and cheddar mix, birthday cake, caramel apple, ghost pepper and also kettle corn. I met the gents at Yelp's Slumber Party at Prairie Guest House, where they made it fresh on the stovetop - my first time eating non-microwaved popcorn. It was so good I ate two servings. Not ashamed. The difference was the sunflower oil topped with sea salt. That's it. No weird flavors, no butter, nothing. You can easily recreate this at home with their ultimate stovetop kit, which includes kernels, oil, and sea salt. Fun fact: sunflower oil is what's used in Skinny Pop, the #1 selling popcorn on the market.
