Warning to others considering this shop. I brought my Can-Am Ryker in to have a Boss MC900 amplifier installed with my Boss MCBK420B speakers. During the installation, the shop removed and discarded the original controller that came with the speakers and wired the system directly to the amp. After the install, the system sounded significantly worse than before -- very hollow with little usable volume. I later took the bike to another audio shop to diagnose the problem. They confirmed the amp and speakers themselves were working, but the system overall was not designed or matched properly for the performance I wanted, and the original controller had been thrown away during the first installation. I also want to mention the pricing. I was told the labor rate was $120 per hour, and the job took about 1.5 hours, but I was charged $450 for the work. Unfortunately I now have to replace the entire system. I'm sharing this so others ask detailed questions about system design, compatibility, and labor charges before agreeing to an install, and to make sure original components are not discarded without your approval read more

Oh boy where do I start...... well I had all my stuff pre purchased which should make any audio shop happy having a customer come there already knowing what he wants and have everything needed so all you have to do is install, so anyway let's get to it. I show up for my appointment and had them install a pioneer nex headunjt and Jbl speakers on all four doors which was 250.00 I know I over paid because I got a quote for 250 which included my sub. (We'll get to that as well lol) so I was like meh ok whatever. I had a voucher that they have here in yelp for 95.00 you get 125.00 in credit. So I asked to use it and no one there beside Troy (the owner) only knew how to use. Then he told the employee in front of me the voucher is only good if you spent 300.00 or more on product. Pause..... No where on the voucher, fine print or on yelp is this addressed which is false advertisement and a bait and switch. So i told him that and honestly he wasn't happy about it. So I inquired about getting my subs wired in which I already had everything for (amp included). And tell me why it cost 150.00 to install?!! If I was not in the oil field and made good money I'd be pissed but I figured meh times are tough, let em have it cause it'll be my first and last experience with this shop. Seeing how they can't remember customers names who seem to come in on a monthly basis case example a lady walked in, paid 800.00 yes 800!!! On a sound system with install and etc and they wrote her a invoice yet didn't know her name. I'd be damn if I had a customer spend 800 in my store and I couldn't even remember a simple name or right a invoice with it. They just told her to come tomorrow and they install. I was shocked on this lol. But hey it's the Dino so no Brainer. I think what was the most unpleasant experience as well was when I went to get my subs installed I was told I be the first scheduled appointment and he assured me I would be and when I get there early I look to see another walk in customer getting a install done which they did move out and worked on mine because they could tell I was not in the mood. And after it was done I was not notified as I'm sitting in their lounge area for a good 2 hrs when it was done way before then. Troy gets 5 stars for my Tacoma Amp and subwoofer installation, with 2 x 10" kickers in a custom enclosure. Nicely installed with dedicated amplifier, great sound. Unfortunately he gets 0 stars for blowing off my BMW speaker upgrade. He ignored my request without explanation, so I ordered a Bavsound plug & play speaker and sub kit along with the tools and did it myself. After a back and forth, I was told it wasn't going to fit and they were happy to tell me it wouldn't fit after sending them dimensions. (Kind of rude and arrogant). So I had a company online custom cut a box for me to assemble. Fit perfectly with no issues even though this business said repeatedly it would not fit. A simple "come on over and we will see what we can do" would have sufficed. To be fair, I stated I needed 3.6 cubic feet net internal. Box ended up being 2.8 net internal and would have fit being 3.6 net too only adding about 2.5 inches to the depth. read more

Absolute best customer service I have ever received at a stereo shop in my 20 years of installing my own stereos. Went there to purchase subwoofer and box asked what amp I had and i actually brought it with me, showed him what I had and set me up with the proper sub. He tuned my amp for me and help me understand how to adjust my head unit for the interior speakers that I already have. GREAT WORK. Been coming here since 2009. Have taken all 3 of my little Honda's here for complete system and killswitches. Great work always in and out. But lately their scheduling and priority service is terrible. I've had to come back 3 different times, and I've got turned away this 4th time because they were all booked up. I even came 40 mins before they opened on a Saturday because the guy said Saturday's are first come first served. I seen other people walking in before 9am and when I went inside there was a line and they had already booked 4 cars before they had even opened!!! What a waste of time. This shop previously installed a stereo into my Polaris Razor and did an excellent job. About a year and a half later, I somehow got a switch wet and shorted out the stereo. I took it down to the shop and Troy was able to diagnose the problem quickly, replaced the switch, installed a in-line isolator between my two batteries, Rewired my car and readjusted the radio again. After all this, he only charged me $50! I was more than willing to pay a few hundred dollars for the service. Great shop. I highly recommend them. Came here with a intermittent bass failure issue, they quickly ran diagnostics and fixed the issue which turned out to be a faulty hi to low converter, out of all the stereo shops that I've gone to for this issue, this is the only one who actually took the time to get to the bottom of the issue and not offer all kinds of other excuses or products that weren't necessary! If you value your car, don't bring it here because this business can't be trusted to an adequate job. In addition, the owner Troy has rotten character and business ethics. I'm seriously wondering if he just has disdain for women. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I will be writing at least to the Better Business Bureau and the BAR about my horrific experience here. My bf and I were told to go here to get our third brake light hooked up so that it would work correctly by the repair shop that was putting our car back together after we were rear-ended by a drunk driver. The repair shop was paying this place, piecing out the work. Like it wasn't bad enough we had the unfortunate accident where we had to put our life back to some normalcy with getting the truck fix, this guy Troy had to give us hell. Really nice person. NOT! They hooked up the third brake light to where it was flashing with the left hand turn signal. The third brake light was ONLY supposed to light when the brake is applied. When we took it back to tell him the problem, he insisted on telling us to get more money from the insurance company to give to the repair shop to give to him or pay it ourselves, before he'll hook it up so it worked properly. This is a sham! He was supposed to hook it up so it worked properly from the get go. Furthermore, our insurance company had already paid the repair shop an initial $8500 and $3600 in supplements to repair our vehicle. I believed the repair shop would have paid him to fix it correctly when we came back to tell him the problem, but Troy chose drama and continued to argue about things that were none of his business, like whether the problem with the brake light was accident related or if the wiring was messed up by someone prior. He was paid to get the job done, but he chose drama. He persistently argue, not letting me talk. He spins what was said to what is not true, just to be negative, and because he lacks listening skills. He then proceeded to kick us out of his shop by telling us to leave. I said GLADLY and left letting him know I would never step foot in that place ever again, nor would I refer it to anyone. If this wasn't bad enough, he bad mouth me to the owner of the repair shop saying that I had complained about the body work there when I simply was getting his opinion on whether the tailgate the repair shop put together was aligned correctly. He then dodge inappropriate behavior by saying something about the whole shop heard me and it could have been anyone in the shop that was talking to repair shop owner when I remembered distinctively speaking discretely and directly with him and only him. The repair shop owner accused me of badmouthing him. What a mess. Drama Queen! I've never met a man prior who behaves in this way. I've been working successfully as a systems engineer with a EE degree for three major aerospace companies for close to twenty years so I know what professionalism is. This place has rotten professionalism! In Reality, zero star. They should be out of business for unethical and inappropriate business conduct. This review required a one star to submit. read more
