It's still a popular tourist attraction and you can see it all from the sidewalk. He showed me some nice lofts that I didn't see on Craigslist. There were other agents who also specialized in downtown live/work loft. I talked to one guy who told me to wait a week before receiving listings and offer loft tour by paying some fees. However Gil doesn't ask any fee. He only listens to what you want and will send you several lofts information with photos right away. When you need to see the loft, he shows up there on time. As I'm Japanese and always on time, I was impressed that he was always there before me. At the end, I didn't get the loft through Gil. I wish I did because he was so nice and professional.
