I am a tenant on one of the buildings that Danielle manages. He went over and beyond the whole time I stayed there which was about three years.. any problem he handled very quickly. Very nice guy as well. Unfortunately, the owner of the building Really inflated some things at the end of my lease. I left a screen door, bamboo and string lights in the backyard and a bidet . The blinds in the bedroom were chewed by my dog a bit. I asked the owner if I could remove the items he said no and I was on a group thread with danielle and I was able to go remove some items. Screen door was mine so I took it off. He was trying to charge me 300 for a replacement that cost 150 at Home Depot $300 to remove the bamboo and string lights in the backyard that I removed in two minutes and the bidet I was charged $95 for not removing. Applying she charged me $300 for and I sent him the exact measurements of the same ones at Home Depot that were $35 Again, Danielle is great unfortunately the owner of the building really gouge me . read more

Daniel and his Management Company arrived at just the right time and helped us transition from an aging owner/manager (my dad) into using a management company. It was a hard sell to someone who had managed his own buildings for 50 years, but Daniel made the change easy for him and easy all around. He helped bring the apartments up to market rate with suggesting improvements so that we could maximize the potential. He found us good tenants who stayed. He also gave me piece of mind when handing over the reins of two buildings that they would be run as close to how my dad had run them for years. He is trustworthy, collaborative, fiscally minded and when the time came to sell the properties he was able to broker us a great deal with minimal stress. We own a 36-unit apartment building. When our RM quit without warning, we needed a replacement but lacked a vacant unit or a competent & available tenant. We don't live nearby and thus needed to hire a Property Manager fast. We found the highest rated firm, and they said all the right things, but their contract was all about fees, a cancellation penalty, and the requirement that we give them 5% of the building's value if we EVER sell it (even if they no longer manage the property). Other companies were similar, and again all about their fees. Then we found Dan Glaser of Glaser Property Management. He too said all the right things. However, his contract documented everything that we discussed. Yes, fees were included, but they were far more reasonable and without a sale or cancellation penalty. Someone has to be very confident of their customer service to provide an opt-out contract. We signed that day, and he went to work the very next day, being on-site each day until a RM was employed. Glaser handles our vacancies, timely maintenance, and maintains clear and accurate financial records that we can access through their on-line owner's portal. We get status texts when appropriate, rapid responses to our questions, and they protect our bottom line by recommending lower-cost vendors. Four months later, the RM at our other building (26-unit) encountered a sudden and long-term medical emergency, so the logical choice was to involve Glaser Management here too. Almost immediately that building was struck with a series of maintenance nightmares (roof cave-in from massive rains, and ruptured drain lines almost every month), and Glaser handled them all in stride without charging extra. We sold this property a year later, and Glaser walked with the broker and prospective buyers, doing everything to facilitate the sale, even though it would mean he was loosing a property. Glaser is always about doing the right thing, and he has never disappointed. read more

Before Glaser, I was truly at wit's end with my inexperienced, apathetic landlord. I've recently closed on a building and I had no interest in managing it myself. Since management Companies have a bad rep, and given the fact it was my first time experience with one, I thought about going to Yelp for my initial search. Boy, was I happy to see some 5 star rated property management Companies. (only a couple with 5 Stars though) I called all of them to enquire. The TL;DR is that if you've been on the hunt for a responsible property manager outfit, then just go with Glaser and be done with it. Zero regrets, I promise. I own a condo in Venice and needed both leasing services and ongoing property management. Based on Yelp reviews, I went with a well-rated PM company. Not to get catty, but they are located on the WESTSIDE. Despite the strong reviews, I received amateur servicing, low effort, and poor communication. Having emigrated to a foreign country, quality of communication and speed of response are crucial to me. Corresponding with these guys was like using a flash light to signal morse code with aliens. Is anyone out there? After going months without a tenant or any real prospectives, I ditched them and hoped for greener pastures with Glaser. Night and day. The brains behind the name is Daniel Glaser and this guy keeps his stuff wired tight. Not only did he provide expert advice on charting a path forward, he executed like a special forces (real estate) agent. He somehow placed a qualified tenant into my unit in the middle of a pandemic. Think about that. Who can pull that off? Word has it that Tom Cruise will be portraying Daniel in the MI installment, Mission Impossible: The Leasing Protocol. The epilogue is tireless servicing and attention to the details. My style of servicing is finding a vendor with strong enough professionalism that I can basically sit back and watch the job get done without feeling the need to hover over them constantly. My brother and I decided to retain Glaser Property Management company to manage our family's multi-unit property, and I can confidently say that it was the best decision we made with respect to the property.  Daniel and his team are trustworthy, efficient, and responsive - what more can a landlord want from a PM? Our property manager Daniel is incredibly responsive and really seems to care about us (which is exceedingly rare to find when renting in LA these days).
