My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way.
