I watched them smash the machine coming down every stair in my home and it was completely damaged and unusable afterwards. In the last two yeas we have moved 6 times including interstate. We have a litle bit of experience with moving companies. For this move between 2 cities in the DFW area, we called 4 different companies for quotes. One company took 2.5 days of me reaching out to give me a flat rate Another company was a smaller one with only one truck and a higher per hour per person rate Another company wanted a flat rate of over $2500 + $3/box + gas that they assured me they only counted as they offloaded their truck. They also gave me a 10 hour estimate. Then there was Black Ops. Thank goodness for black ops. Over the phone while Dillon was taking my quote/estimate i told him what we needed moved. He said according to his experience wr needed two 26 feet trucks and 4 guys. And an estimate of 6.5 hours He gave me the rate for 4 guys and was the most affordable. The night before i got a confirmation text that they were coming. Day of i got a call from Brandon the team lead for our move before our appointment time. He was clear, concise, cordial and gave great communication on where he and the team was. Once they arrived the team of 4 did a quick walk thru of the hosue to understand what needed to happen. They had a brief strategy meeting and went to work. All 4 gentlemen were polite, friendly, hardworking and strong! They worked efficiently and carefully with our things. They were careful to not scratch or bump the walls even when our furniture was big and bulky. They wrapped what they needed to wrap and not once did they complain. When they left the pick up location they were clear that they were going to grab lunch and when they would arrive at the drop off location . They were so quick to unload the trucks at the drop off location. They were efficient and even went out of the way to help reposition a few things. When i tried to move something to help out one of the movers even politely told me to let him handle it since its what we are paying them for. I so appreciated their positive attitudes, their integrity, the level of excellence and customer service that these young men provided. At the end of the day, they finished this project in just over 5 hours-- way under the 6.5 hour estimate. The price reflected thr time it took and they were careful to remove the time it took them to eat lunch off the total time for my move. If you are looking for a company who would respect you and your property, do an excellent job moving with great attitudes and work tirelessly to take care of you, trust this company. I called 4 days ahead of a move when my guy had flaked out for 'a vacay'! Black Ops arrived 8 m early, went to work right away, and sent 3 guys for the price of two! Only had one 9 ft high cabinet to move, 90" long. They did it all in 1-1/2 hrs without a scratch! Even wrapped the hutch. Best move! Kudos. Am using them for 4 separate moves for my new place. We were referred to Black Ops Moving and Delivery from my in-laws after we had a horrible experience with movers a couple weeks ago to load our PODS. We had a very limited window of when we could unpack our PODS due to our closing date. Dillion, the owner, reached out to us and assured us that they would be able to figure it out and get us taken care of. I did let him know up front our concerns with the last service we used and he was very understanding and appreciated us giving them an opportunity. These guys are HARD WORKERS! I never had to worry about them just making the clock tick by (since they charge by the hour) or worry about things being broken or taken. They unloaded 2 large and 1 medium POD in record time, and did basically double the work in the same time that the previous company we hired did. This was one of the best moving :loading experiences I've had. They showed up on time calling as promised in advance. Team was very nice and helpful. Took care of my items by wrapping them. I was able to breakdown, box and wrap items in advance which sped up load. But they had about 4 guy load 2 26' uhaul trucks in 3.5 hours. They were not slow and did not waste any time. They work diligently and at a good pace (not like other movers who slack off and cut corners and complain). Patrick and Tim worked well together as a team and were genuinely interested in getting a quality and safe move accomplished thoroughly and thoughtfully (no throwing stuff, no banging corners, no half-hearted efforts). My family has used Black Ops twice in the last few months--for myself in Carrollton and for my brother in Richardson. These guys are great! Loading up a 20 foot U-Haul from a 3rd floor apartment is not easy but they got it done efficiently, with no damage to my furniture and well within the two hour time frame. Pricing was fair, good communication, arrived on time and called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. My dresser was handled with care and moved quickly - my treadmill was moved and re-positioned a few times until I was happy with the placement.
