Great service and a fun vibe. The harsh GA elements killed our 30 year old chainsaw carved Gnome and we could not bear to leave that space empty of over the top yard art. We came for a giant metal goat and left with a dinosaur and smaller anatomically correct goat. We couldn't be happier with the price and service we received from Blue Frog Imports. The staff is friendly, the selection seems endless (don't miss the basement - more down there) and the prices are more than fair. This is like getting lost in a Grateful Dead concert....it's one psychedelic trip after another! Peace brother! For years whenever I drive by downtown Woodstock I always try to look for the "funky car." it's the car that's got all sorts of toys and figurines glued all over it. I've always wondered if it was a "legal" driving vehicle. I mean can you imagine getting stopped by an officer...what could he write on the ticket? Anyway the day I went in I had just went to the Woodstock pharmacy to buy some ointment for a spider bite...but the pharmacist told me I should really go see a doctor because it looks sorta bad....maybe he's right..it was sorta swollen. So I said well let me go next door and check things out there then I'll go to one of those minute clinics at CVS..... As soon as I walked I thought well forget the spider bite. This place is super cool. The owner Dave greeted me and told me about how they make most of the items in the place. I saw a toilet that had been decorated like it was used by Jerry Garcia himself. In the back there is half of a VW bus where I felt like Shaggy and Scooby would totally feel right at home. There is also a lower lever filled to the brim with anything from a cow to a chair to a forks chandelier in psychedelic tie dye colors. It was quite inspiring and entertaining that is for sure. I ended up buying some dried sage for clearing negative energies in my house. I was telling Dave that in my experience the stuff works. I once had a neighbor from hell and every month I'd be burning that sucker. Eventually she lost her house and moved out in less than a year...think whatever you may...I'm sticking to my version of the story....I also got some nag champa incense and some hand knitted finger puppets for my cats. I figured I'd play with them with it. Well it turned out their nails go right through them suckers so scratch that idea...... It's just a super neat place that everyone should go and see at least one. Then leave your 2 cents on Yelp about it... read more

THIS PLACE REMINDS ME OF THAT OTHER WOODSTOCK! This is one of the coolest stores on Main Street. It has that 60's hippie vibe and it very colorful and inviting. It is filled with art, metal sculptures, jewelry, furniture and home accents that have all been personalized by the Deidre one of the owner. Their is no mistaking her, everything about her just screams, CREATIVE AND EXPRESSIVE SOUL! If you are a person who loves color, creativity and a bit of whimsy, this is your store. There is just so much to see and I love that the artist will personalize any item you wish to have painted, including cowboy boots. The most exciting item in the store is not for sale. It is a 60's VW van that the owner uses as her studio. Yes, a complete van that was gutted and designed as an art studio. How cool is that? Funniest item for sale but not to be taken seriously: T-shirt that said "Be All You Can Be Unless You Suck! This place is really cool! It has an abundance of snazzy decorations and clothes. They keep this place filled with eye catching decor and items. There's always so much to see. They even have a lower level where they keep more stuff. If you need incense, candles or fragrance, this is the place to go. It's a very down-to-earth kind of store. New to the area and was told to visit this location! The staff was friendly and super inviting. They went above and beyond with my questions about the area and the products they offered! If you're looking for customs art or decorations they have it! I noticed a sign that said they will customize anything! So definitely worth checking out if you have any ideas for custom products. It seemed a lot there was handmade or originals. IM A FAN!!! They had clothing, crystals, jewelry, and alot of what I believe was spanish style art (I never assume what an art style is)! Dia de los muertos! They do metal work and showcase some stunning pieces. Definitely a must visit if in the area, and if you're from the area and haven't visited. You're missing out!!! This place is a little gem in the Village of Woodstock. They have an eclectic mix of jewelry, pottery, cement statuary, art, sculptures and knick-knacks. Deidre and Dave are extremely wonderful people and Deidre is an accomplished artist. I have purchased many things from them including a table and chair set from Mexico that was really well-made and very fairly priced. As a matter of fact, all their prices are very good considering the boutique nature of the area. Don't let the 60's vibe turn you off. This place is well worth a visit! read more
