Texture of the chicken and breading were very nice as well. Their roast pork fried rice is a customer favorite and it was still delicious. The flavor from the roast pork permeates all of the rice and pairs perfectly with the chicken. The egg roll was crispy and savory and there wasn't any excess grease. It tastes great by itself, with duck sauce or with the General Tso's sauce. Unfortunately, then I tried the vegetable lo mein. They used to make great lo mein, but the sauce wasn't the same this time. The noodles and vegetables were fine, but the more I ate, the less I liked it. This tasted barely average. Since I wasn't enjoying it much, I decided not to finish it, since it wasn't worth the sodium. After I finished eating, I decided to compare the new menu with a copy of the old menu I still had. Some of their best dishes are no longer available. Where's the Chow Sam Din? Where's the Twice Cooked Pork? Others were missing as well. The two dishes I mentioned were among my favorites.
